The best part was the lady who is the caretaker and the neighbour who runs a cafe, both these women were the best. The stay itself was very cozy and nice.

The place has been an experience! It's a beach front property, totally secluded. When you chill on the hammock, time just slips and if you're planning a laidback vacation, away from the crowd, then you're a match made for each other. A huge shout out to the caretaking staff Rejitha and the owner Subin for making life easy. I can't wait to get back here soon!

Perfect location with beach front. Less crowded, private areas. Had the whole beach to ourselves. Host is very kind and helpful. Good place to chill, relax and cherish the sunset on the Arabian sea.

The place was perfect for our calm 3 day stay at the beach. It felt like the beach and the sea were part of our backyard. If you want to take swin in the sea after waking up and then chill in the hammock and read a book while breakfast is being made for you, this is the perfect place! The staff is so nice and the whole environment just made us very happy.

Positioned directly on the beach. Good air-conditioning. Bed comfortable. Food isn't made at the villa but has to be ordered. Great choice of food and absolutely delicious. Rejitha is absolutely fantastic.

I stayed with my family here. The rooms are clean. Equipped just enough to have a cosy stay and not complain. The view outside and being right on the beach will make your stay so worth it that you will ignore the minor shortcomings. The caretaker is an absolutely sweet, warm and welcoming lady. She made our stay so much comfortable and was on her feet to provide the best possible hospitality she could provide with what's available. All in all, I would prefer this over a night spent in a parked boat in the backwaters. The beach here is absolutely serene with no one in sight.

Perfect location, right on the beach which makes for a very relaxing and luxurious stay. Ranjita couldn’t do enough for us and cooked us a delicious breakfast served on the beach both mornings. The room was comfortable and had air con. The best value for money accommodation we could have hoped for. It was brilliant.

“Wonderful beachside experience”

Had a wonderful stay at Havana and I am sure we will go there again. Location is perfect. I have never stayed in a place which is this much close to beach and it feels like your own private beach. I will give 10 stars for service. They treated us so well, everyone including the owners. They are very friendly and warm and special mention to Rajitha. We went with a 7 month old baby and they did all things to make our stay comfortable Overall we had a wonderful experience

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property is stunning, located right in front of the sea, and it felt like we had our own private beach. The property owners, especially Subin, were very helpful. We also enjoyed delicious seafood at a very reasonable price.

You can see beach and sea from the window. Empty beach without people. Very friendly staff. He prepare for us very good dinner on grill. You can choose breafast. Good WiFi to working.
