“Good value for money near the ferry”

It was ok, good value for money but nothing special. The internet didn’t work for me while I was there so not the best of you’re trying to work. Otherwise good, it’s close to the ferry.

Beautiful location very close to boat jetty, Gov boat and state run transport, easy to get transport from location and the property owner available at property makes it more comfortable, he helped us booking Shikar boat at reasonable price, guided us with bus transport to Munar, very humble and hard working person we'll clean maintained property. I would love to visit again.

The host was amazing. Made sure all our needs were met. He recommended restaurants nearby. Extended some time over our checkout time too.

Very convenient location for backwater tours and strolls through the city center. Quiet neighborhood, vey nice and spacious rooftop area. The host is very friendly and helpful. He gave us information about the area and arranged a backwater tour.

the owner and his family were in all things helpful, the homestay near the centre and quite as well, it was for us a pretty pleasant stay

The location is really good. Close to the canal where you can get boat rides, auto rickshaw stand and bus stations are nearby. Host is a very friendly and warm person.

Alapatt Homestay was the perfect escape after two weeks in hostels. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the affordable, private, and very comfortable room. The place is quiet and peaceful, yet close to the boating agencies on the backwaters, making it easy to book day or overnight trips. The owner was extremely helpful and arranged a tour for me, which was smooth, hassle-free, and absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed my stay.

“Fantastic”

This place is truly fantastic: an open-air terrace on the top floor, very clean, and — incredibly — a hot shower, so no need to use a bucket! The person who manages it is extremely kind and professional. It’s the best accommodation we’ve had so far in India. Very fast Wi-Fi. The only suggestion would be to have a shared fridge, although when I asked to store a few things in the fridge, they kindly kept them in their own personal one. We will definitely come back.
