“Great comfortable hotel, spacious rooms with kitchen, decent breakfast options”

Excellent location, Clean and spacious rooms, good facilities. Have stayed here before and they're very functional, clean and rooms are huge.. Decent breakfast and great parking.

“Awful... avoid at all costs!”

The outside pool was quite nice when it was open. However was told my the staff that people come from other hotels and the local area to use it, they just walk straight in when people hold the gates open for them, or they say they don't have their key. The weekend before we arrived, they had over 100 people in there one day! IF the room was cleaned from top to bottom and all stains removed from everything, then it could be okay.

“The place is unclean and dirty with pee stains on the bathroom!”

The place is extremely dirty. The carpets have stains all over them. There were pee stains on the back of the bathroom door and on the floor by the toilet. Stains on the curtains and pullout mattress. The whole place was disgusting. I would NEVER stay at a Sonesta again! It wasn’t wroth even half of what we paid.

Breakfast included cereal, toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, and yogurt. A bit short, because you could eat them only until 8:30 am. In addition, the hotel had a laundry service ($3 for washing and $3 for drying) in each building. The room had basic cutlery and crockery for one person.

The location was great relative to Allentown and area restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
