“Great staff and beautiful location.”

Beautiful location right by Alleghe lake. Staff were super helpful and friendly; shared loads of recommendations for restaurants and attractions with me via WhatsApp. Breakfast was good if a little small (mainly continental). Out of season so did struggle with finding open and available restaurants but we knew that going into it, and staff did send recommendations for the two nights we were there. Amenities were great, we were told aircon isn’t used properly yet as out of season so did get quite warm at night in the room (but was cool outside) - didn’t massively bother us but something to bear in mind. Rooms were big and light, with kettle and tea.

We loved our stay! The views were breathtaking taking and added bonus you could sit in a bathtub to take it all in!! Rooms were gorgeously decorated and for the area so well! We loved and could not recommend more!!

Simple, cozy. Everything seemed thought through to the details. Minimalistic scandinavian style and clean lines. I stayed with my 14 y o daughter in the room with bunk beds with balcony. Room is tiny but organized well and has everything. And the bathroom is big enough. Hardwood flooring and furniture is very stylish and is great condition. Stuff is amaizing, helpful, polite, speaking english and made us feel welcomed. Breakfasts are delicious!!! Home made pies, nicely done omlet, good coffee. And plenty of choices. And the big parking lot in front of the hotel 👍🏼

New, well-equipped rooms, everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel restaurant is open until late.

The hotel impresses with modern facilities in the room, overall design and decorations of the reception/restaurant area. But above all the hospitality and top service from Rafael and Martha at the reception, Andreea's fantastic service at breakfast room -that makes the stay so enjoyable.

“Good stay, wonderful friendly staff”

The staff were the outstanding feature. The room was clean, comfortable with a good shower. The outlook was not so exciting sandwiched between road and car park. Though if you were there at ski season time the location would be ideal to ski off to the lifts. Breakfast was good. Jacuzzi location felt a little public.

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade of the room without asking and the room was perfect, spacious and clean. The hotel is pristine. The breakfast was also very very good with plenty of choice. Very glad we chose this hotel. Definitely would recommend!
