Overview
Featuring a wellness centre with sauna, hot tub and steam bath, Albergo La Montanina is located in Caprile in the heart of the Dolomites. It provides a free shuttle to the Civetta ski slopes 4 km away. The rooms have balconies with mountain views and all feature satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available in communal areas and free parking is provided. Homemade cakes, cheese and ham are served as part of the buffet breakfast each morning. You can enjoy local specialities at the à la carte restaurant. La Montanina is 8 km from the Marmolada and Quattro Passi ski areas and is ideal for hikes around the Dolomites during summer.

“Sweet and simple, good position, good value for money.”
It's a small and simple hotel, with very good money/quality ratio. Our room was really big and had a beautiful view, the breakfast was abbondante, nothing was missing.

Nice hotel in a great position to explore the Dolomites. The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was great and the staff were really nice. Great Sauna too. Will recommend!

“Super worth it!”
All the staff (cleaning ladies, people in the reception/restaurant) were super nice and helpful. The bed and the pillows were really comfy and the room and bathroom were big and clean (they were cleaned every day). The hotel is in a good location to visit different points of the dolomites. For breakfast you could pick savory and sweet things, coffee, juice, water... We could not recommend it more, looking forward to stay again :)

“Idyllic. 10/10 would recommend.”
The spa and breakfast were my main highlights. They provided delicious tea in the spa and the breakfast was abundant with tasty and high quality produce with local cheeses and homemade honey, not to mention plenty of traditional pastries. I would definitely stay here again. The room was cute and rustic, and we found an English channel on the TV.

The hotel is super cosy and traditional, and the room is a delight, clean and comfortable. It has restaurants near by, and breakfast in the hotel, it's a good breakfast, lots of different options to choose from, and everything tastes good. The staff is super nice and available to help in what you might need. Would recommend!
