“Making things worse”

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay — everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared. Thank you!

The bathroom constantly smelled of sewage, not just when it rained as the host suggested. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were greasy and not properly cleaned. Finding the property was difficult, instead of clear instructions, we received a Canva video recorded while someone was driving, which was unsafe and not clear enough to follow. Although our booking was fully prepaid on Booking.com, we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax on arrival. This was not mentioned in the booking details. When I raised this point, the response I received was ironic rather than helpful. I paid the tax but, despite asking for a receipt, I still haven’t received it after more than a week. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, unclear directions, hidden extra charges, and unprofessional communication made our stay unsatisfactory.

“Nice but basic apartment”

Decent sized apartment in a nice location. A couple of restaurants almost next door and a 20-30 minute walk along the lake to the main town for more bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful (mostly by email).

Single bed was narrow. No view of the lake, misleading photo implied there was. There were no views at all, just the car park !

Overall, the apartment is great - new, clean and spacious, 2 bathrooms.

Nice spacious appartment (Winter one) with 2 bathrooms, very good communication from the owner, we were also imformed during the stay there is a issue with tap water and the is a refill of poatable water posssible in Alleghe. Located near Alleghe. There are enough radiators to dry stuff after skiing. Overall we had a good stay with some buts....

It was perfect for what we needed. No beautiful views or anything luxury, but a clean place in a convenient location. Suited us well.

Good apartments ,with new furniture, spacious, good parking lots, close to ski lifts, easy access with safe box for keys.

In a quiet spot with free parking. The apartment is spacious and clean with two decent bathrooms and piping hot water. The bathrobes provided were a really nice touch.
