Kaoxa Bush Camp was absolutely amazing! The area is so peaceful and scenic, perfect for a getaway. We had such a fun and relaxing time exploring the surroundings together.

Lovely happy staff. Room was clean and lovely views across the farm. Well equipped communal kitchen.

Fantastic overnight stay at Kaoxa Bush Camp on the way to Mapungubwe National Park. Accommodation was adequate and comfortable. I will be sure to visit Kaoxa Bush Camp when next in the area. Tip: A visit to the Kaoxa Shelter to see the Rock Art is a must.

David welcomed us with a brief tour, gave us a load of wood and lit the donkey which gave me my best shower of a 3 week holiday...The tent is rustic but perfectly adequate and the beds were super comfy... A pity we only stayed 1 night... .

Absolutely beautiful location and very easy access for Mapungubwe. Rooms large and comfortable and separate eating area and boma really great. Very well equipped spotless kitchen.

I liked everything about kaoxa it was all perfect And jabulani dube was very kind and helpful I highly recommend

David was very friendly and helpful. The place is isolated which is great to get away from the bustle of the city. Views are amazing from the accommodation and very close to mapungubwe National Park.

We absolutely loved the place. We were just a bit unpleasantly surprised by that fact that you share a fire space with other guests. Other than that it was perfect.

From the other reviews we knew it would be a rustic in the bush stay with limited wifi but we were able to charge what we needed. Early morning clean hot shower was welcomed. The staff were awesome as we arrived late in the evening and they were able to accommodate us without a fuss. The BEST was the view to wake up to with an elephant and her calf below us. What more could you ask for !! Kitchen was communal but would have preferred to have a kettle in the room to make our coffee. Will definitely be back and hopefully have more time to explore this stunning reserve.
