Convenient location to Warnambool etc and the surrounding countryside is lovely. Comfortable bed and good hot water.

The location was great, very nice to get off the beaten track after a day of dodging tourist buses on the Great Ocean Road. The place is very comfy and cosy. We were late arriving but got a hearty welcome from Raff the dog, who seems to be in charge of front of house, and security and does a great job. There were lots of great books, a chess set, and plenty to keep you occupied around. There was lots of tea, coffee, and appliances etc. We didn't explore the farm much because of time on our part. I reckon it would have been an even better experience if we had!

Location was wonderful. On a working farm with friendly dogs that coexisted well with our dog. No breakfast provided but an electric frypan was there and made a good bacon and eggs. handy small table and two chairs was appreciated. Good hot tank water. Everything in the room was very clean.

It was quiet and generally clean. Was located really close to Warrnambool and all attractions along the Great Ocean Road.

We loved the location. Our dog loved all the wonderful new smells and found a friend in the owner's dog, Raaf. He was such a delight. The shower was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It is a real gem. Great place for quite and relax. Close to Warrnambool.

Simple nice room with private bathroom and kitchenette, all what you need to have a rest for 1-2 nights on a stop on the Great Ocean road. It's also possible to play with two adorable dogs there and watch the cows, sheep and wildlife birds in very close proximity.

I loved how peaceful it was, it was absolutely beautiful. Great option if you're travelling with pets! Loved seeing the Limos being fed in the morning. I have an absolute soft spot for limo cattle

The owner of the house & her son where absolutely lovely souls. We love that it was closer enough to visit warnambool but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Farm stays are our kind of place always . Thank you & see you next time we travel your way . Wendy & Jason

The location was the only good thing. The staff were nice enough and welcoming.

Felt welcomed by the hosts and their cute dog. Cozy, peaceful and interesting farm stay. Although the weather was not great but we slept on the most comfortable bed ever!
