Torn n worn out towels Not even a hook in bathroom drinking water Given in used plastic bottle Lift not working Electric kettle not working I have to follow for full 3 hours after that they gave second one .next day even that was not Working. On contacting reception that guy said I have did this Just. See their attitude Worst hotel I saw

I physically checked in HOTEL NAME " HOTEL COSMOPOLITAN" . According to my Booking in BOOKING.COM "Fabhotel Cosmos". No hotel Hording Namely "Fabhotel Cosmos" According to BOOKIN.COM Site according to co-ordinate to Lat & Long Location is "HOTEL COSMOPOLITAL" . According to me it's customer choice "misleading/misinformative" While I booked my trip was up to 23rd May 2400 hrs my Cancellation was "Zero Cancelation" . I got 3/4 times mail for "prepayment" . I paid on Rs 1466.00 on 22nd May Through G-PAY . My "FILTER WAS" payment at the time of "check in" . I think , it didn't no satisfy my "search criteria" . At the time of check it , I was told my room rent TWO THOUSAND PLUS, He will not issue me Room, then I showed my G-PAY PAYMENT COPY FROM MY "E MAIL" After check out, I got mail from Fabhotel Cosmos Bill Amount: 2016.00 . If I need to pay different amount , kindly send me link of difference Ammount. I am ready to pay "Difference Amount". While coming from "Rail Station hotel first time, it was very difficult to find out "FABHOTEL COSMOS" In Room no window even , no small ventilation was there. While I search Room I used "RESTURANT" . Front desk person's answer was " NO RESTURANT " They have "ROOM SERVICE" Facility. My Ernest request In your Filter add "ROOM SERVICE" It's "confusing" to Customer /Travellers . When Travellers /Customer Booking his "accomodation" or Property He/She should get Proper/ Clear Picture means idea about room location facilities . It's hampers customer "expectation" While feedback he or she will definetely write like this. Don't expect Rating more than "5" out of 10.

The hotel name was not correct ie the name on Booking.com (Cosmos) was different from the one they use on the property (Cosmopolitan). Also the address is not correct, it is not near PVR Mall
