Collection O Hotel The Lemongrass was a very very bad experience. The hotel manager refused to enter the hotel despite knowing that the booking was confirmed.

Hotel denied my booking. It was first time I tried Oyo but experience was poor. Actually it was an issue of police complain (FIR) but due to work load it was ignored. Bad Oyo.👎👎👎
