The location shown is wrong. We spent 45 min searching for this hotel but did not find it at the location. Online booking sites must indicate true name of the hotel and not such alias name like Collection O, etc. This is misleading.

Inspite of my request during the time of booking this hotel through booking.com the manager of this hotel refused me to check in the hotel in the early morning of 22-01-2026 and claimed one day extra hotel charges for entering us in the hotel.As a whole,the motive,attitude,behaviour and the policy of this hotel is absolutely worse. I think this hotel is completely mismatched with the goodwill of booking.com.not only that this hotel is simply playing with the reputation of booking.com.Thanks.

VERY GOOD HOTEL TO STAY IT IS NEAR TO BEACH , RAILWAY STATION , BUS STATION MANY ATTRACTIVE PLACES NEAR THE HOTEL AND IT IS VERY NEAR TO SHOPPING MALLS AND MARKET STAFF WAS SO POLITE AND HELPFULL RESTAURANT WAS GOOD AT DOWN STAIRS

Otherwise known as Hotel Green Tree (look out for that when you arrive), this hotel is in a good location. Good value for money though, it’s a good price.
