“A uniquely designed studio in a wonderful garden”

The garden was fantastic, the place felt very welcoming and relaxing. The studio had a nice, funky design and was very comfortable and clean. The location was also great, very close to the shops and to the sea. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

Everything! This has got to be one of the best places I’ve stayed. Home from home. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful and just fab. Everything was perfect. I will def be coming back. Everything near by. Restaurants beach, supermarket, car hire. And easy walk to next town.

“Amazing location!”

The location is amazing, it's incredibly quiet and lovely being surrounded by the trees. The facilities are amazing: loads of pots, bowls and pans to properly cook something! The 3 minute walk to the beach is great, with a sandy beach at 10 minutes. The host Yannis is super helpful and friendly. The stand alone units mean that neighbours and noises are no problem either. Walls are insulated properly and dampen any sound. The outdoor area is nice with some pillows on the chairs and multiple shaded spaces. The AC also works very well, as does the washing machine. An outdoor washing line is also provided. Super cute and lovely cats also come to join you while sitting outside

“Will stay there if ever back to Leros”

The smells of the fruit trees and the hammocks were amazing. The studio and its perfect garden reminded me of my childhood holidays. The colors inside the studio were so lovely. We found the distance to the sea very manageable- a 2 minute-walk.

“idyllic retreat”

A heavenly garden retreat with beautifully decorated rooms—exactly what I needed for a short getaway. Ioannis was a fantastic host, and the tangerine and agave marmalade he gifted was delicious. His recommendations for dining and swimming spots saved me so much time.

The location is very good..5 min walk to the beach from the room..ideal place for a good sleep, a very quiet place between very nice smelling fruit trees..Yannis, the host was very kind and helpful..

I loved it! It’s secluded and peaceful yet in the town. Amazing garden! If come back to Leros this is the place to stay!

The bed was super comfortable and the design of the studio was great. The location is in a fruit orchard, very nice.

The property was amazing! The studios we booked were lovely! Clean, beautifully decorated and large with terrace, kitchenette, large bedroom and bathroom. The studios are surrounded by a farm full of olive and fruit trees. Just a 5 minute walk from Alinda beach. Quiet and full of charm. The area is full of restaurants and lovely beaches. Our host Yannis, was very helpful and friendly. Leros is fantastic. I would highly recommend this property and Leros .

Overall the property was amazing! The host Yannis was really friendly, knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and a good size. The bed and room amenities were great! The surrounding scenery and grounds were lovely, the studios are surrounded by a large farm of fruit trees. The property is very peaceful and very close to the Alinda beach area, which is great for swimming and for restaurants. Overall we were ver pleased with our stay on the lovely island of Leros. I would highly recommend this property and will visit again in the future. Thank you Yannis for a great stay.

The location. The natural beauty of the surroundings. The peacefulness. The design of the studio, thoughtful and considered details. The friendly cats that seemed to 'adopt' me. The host Yannis, who was extremely helpful.

It was a lovely location with everything you would need. The setting within the fruit farm is lovely. We used Phlea Farm as a base and travelled all over the island, but the beach closest to the property looked fab. Having access to the washing machine was very helpful if you're staying for a long time!
