We stayed at Villa Faros Apartments & Suites for 10 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the best beaches on Naxos, yet tucked away to feel peaceful and private. Our room was beautifully designed, blending perfectly with the surrounding landscape, and every detail felt thoughtful and authentic. The swimming pool was stunning – positioned perfectly for all-day sun, with tasteful umbrellas and a charming poolside bar that made it easy to relax for hours. The garden around the villa was equally beautiful, which added to the serene, natural atmosphere. The restaurant at Villa Faros was by far the best place we ate on the island – serving delicious, home-cooked Naxian food that felt both traditional and elevated. The staff made our stay truly memorable. They were warm, welcoming, and created such a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. We also loved the convenience of the bus stop right outside Villa Faros, which made it easy (and fun!) to take the local bus into Naxos Town. Over our stay, we got to know the owners and learn about the history of Villa Faros, which made it feel even more special. This is more than just a place to stay – it’s a place with soul, hospitality, and beauty. We left feeling completely refreshed.

I have seen many hotels in many countries arround the world. But Villa Faros was extraordinary. The whole place was super organized and clean. Invinity pool with beach view and a bar. The interior design was perfect. The beach 2 Minutes from the hotel was not crowded and beautiful sand beach in a natural protected area. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Bus goes directly to Naxos City Center. But I would definitly recommend to eat also at Faros. High quality, super delicious regional food in a lovely restaurant. Last but not least I need to tell you about the super friendly staff. Family owned with nice and very considerate people. We will definitly come back!! Thank you so much for the very very nice time!! “Thanks, Villa Faros”

Everything! Room( or suite) was spacious, comfortable and stylish. Food in taverna- style restaurant was delicious. But the bonus was the staff; they were exceptional. When we enquired about how to change our ferry tickets, they actually went to the port and did it for us, all at no charge.Now that is above and beyond what anyone can expect from a hotel. It's a family concern and it shows in the pride they take and the genuine warmth of the whole place. Would go back any time, and recommend it to all our friends. Thank you, Villa Faros!

The place is quiet with a nice garden. Our room was brand new, very nice design, super clean. Amazing breakfast according to our wish list. The staff was very welcoming.

The Wifi at the hotel and in the public areas is often interrupted and does not at all comply with today's technical standards.

Absolutely everything. There are simply not enough stars to rate it. The hotel (and the restaurant, of course) is wonderful, located in a slice of heaven, but even more wonderful is the people who run it and make it happen, from first to last: their kindness, hospitality and heart welcome is overwhelming. Just like the old song: we'll meet again, don't know when, but do know where: Villa Faros!

The breakfast was very generous - there were many things to choose from, like pancakes, eggs, omelet, yogurt, cereal etc. It was provided warm and the fresh juice was outstanding. The children were very pleased with kid-friendly options. What a nice treat to eat right on site as well! The pool area was immaculate - so clean - as was the room. There are also a number of beaches close by that are kid friendly and easily accessible. The restaurant on site was delicious and the Restaurant Manager Aldo, and Vicki and the entire family that ran the hotel, were so lovely, accommodating and genuinely kind with us and our children! Recommend this family-owned hotel and restaurant!

“Excellent experience !”

The villa was very nicely decorated/furniture. Really great spot opposite the beach. Beaches are very clean and quite, so no bars and sunbeds which we like. Breakfast was great, large variation of quality and mainly local products. Host Vicky is very nice and gives great tips. The restaurant serves great food.

We loved every moment of our stay at Villa Faro, so relaxing, friendly, spotless & the amazing breakfast choice provided by Vicky! There is a fabulous pool perfect for swimming & a comfortable bar area attached. There is even a well stocked book library. The nearby beaches are sandy & great for swimming & snorkeling. The bus stops outside the hotel which we used to visit the main town of Chora. We also ate at the family restaurant every night which had great choices. We were made so welcome by the family we will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful time at Faros; the facilities are great, with very conmfortable and spacios rooms, nicely decorated. The pool is fantastic, with a wonderful bar. Breakfast was delicious, with the food our family likes the most. But without a doubt what makes Faros really exceptional are Nick, Vicky and the rest of the very special and caring staff. They helped us with everyting we needed, giving us options of great places to visit, helping us with boat schedules, and more... and off course their lovely dog Siji. You can reach beautiful calm beaches walking, and more organized ones with beach bars and restaurants by car.
