“Perfect Base for the town and beaches”

Perfect location at the end of the main bay, so a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants. Spacious apartment with decent kitchen. Good mosquito netting (though we didn't have any trouble with them in Aliki anyway). Plenty of sockets. Room cleaned well. excellent shower. Space to hang washing out and a bowl/washing powder provided. Small balcony with a side sea view, but pleasant for sitting out in the late afternoon.

Perfect little apartment for a couple for 4 nights …. Bathroom, bedroom area, lounge/kitchen & small balcony. Air-con was ok, quiet but could have been a little cooler ! Proximity to main town/restaurants was brilliant … about 300 metres walk.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. Room was cleaned daily and host gave us a very welcome reception.

The Evita apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor seating place with a nice outlook to the water.Evita is a delight and helpful . The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants ,supermarket and bus stop.

Evita is a truly lovely host and made our stay so easy. When our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong spot upon arrival, her son kindly came to pick us up—which we really appreciated. Throughout our stay, Evita went above and beyond, giving us the best recommendations for beaches and nightlife and always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Her kindness and effort made a huge difference in our trip, and we’re so grateful. Definitely recommend!

Location is great, although no sea view..

Really convenient location, a few steps from beach, ideal to go with your family. The property was really nice, located in a narrow street, very quiet. It had 2 verandas with really nice atmosphere. The apartments were cleaned every day, which was very convenient. It had everything we needed without us going to the supermarket for the basics: antimosquitos indoor and outdoor, shower gel, dish soap, etc...

VERY clean, VERY spacious, excellent veranda with pergolas, right on top of the crystal blue sea and Mrs. Evangelia who runs it very warm and hospitable. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the area with all the cafes, restaurants, bakery, and supermarket.

Location is practically few steps from the water, and everybody was so nice!

We were very happy with our whole experience at Evita’s Apartments. The property itself was in excellent condition and attention was given to it being kept that way. Our apartment was modern, exceptionally clean and quiet. Overall, it offered a feeling of brightness and calm. Although parking was not on the premises it was at a safe, close spot within a few steps. In the evenings we could take a 5 minute stroll on a pebbly path along the edge of the bay to all the restaurants and shops. It felt very untouched and simple which is what we enjoy. There were two beaches either side of our accommodation which were quickly accessible on foot. Alyki was a delightful area in which to stay with just enough activity to add atmosphere without being super crowded. A great a choice for us. Our hostess, Evita, was a delight. She was there to give great advice on places and activities. A very warm but astute lady. She chatted just enough to be helpful but never imposed. We had a very fond stay altogether.

Nice apartment in a quiet part of the island right next to a port of small boats, restaurants and two beaches. It is in the upper floor of the building. Large enough, the living and sleeping rooms are in one hall. Daily cleaning kept it beautiful clean. The kitchen has modest sortiment of equipments but managable. The balcony is small but two chairs fit and has a nice, partial view to the port.

Thé location on the seafront with a very big patio overlooking the port was perfect. and a great Greek welcome.

Evita Apartments in Aliki is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the stunning beach, lively restaurants, and charming shops. It's the perfect base for exploring the island. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was truly impressed by the daily cleaning service, including fresh towels and sheets - a rare find in apartment rentals! Highly recommend Evita Apartments for a wonderful Paros getaway!
