We had an amazing stay in Tonia's apartment - lots of space, well-equipped kitchen, and amazing bathrooms. But of course, the best bit was the beach at our doorstep; that and Tonia's friendliness and her lovely family! A very helpful and attentive host. She gave us a run-down of the best places to visit and eat, locally and across the whole island, which was incredibly useful! We would recommend this place without hesitation, and we hope to come back one day. Thank you Tonia 😊

We had a very pleasant stay in this perfectly equipped apartment, with a stunning view of the sea. Every morning, we had the pleasure of watching the sunrise — truly a magical moment. “Amazing, quiet place right by the sea”

We travelled as a family of 6 and spent the first week of April in Alikanas.. The apartment exceeded all our expectations (as did the weather - it was amazing, pleasantly warm, nice breeze, lots of sunshine). The property is as described in the advert and the photos are accurate. It is located in a very quiet area by the sea ( maybe 50 metres from the front door to the water), hence the views from the bedroom (and en suite ;) ) and a living room are fabulous. We stayed there out of season, so most restaurants and places were still closed but in return we had peace and quiet- no crowds, no queues and sand on the beach almost exlusively to ourselves. I would recommend to rent a car however to be able to move around the island. There is plenty of space to park the car at the property. The nearest shops/ restaurants are about 15- 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive. Communication with the owner was easy via Booking.com and although we did not meet her, she was very responsive whenever we had a query. There was a very helpful cleaning lady Adriana who was looking after us as well. Kitchen was well equipped, washing machine and dishwasher really handy. Some basic items in the fridge for us as well, in case we were starving after arrival. Lots of space to enjoy ourselves indoor and outside- front patio with garden furniture and grass area with sun loungers as well as the back patio ideal for dining outside with an incredible smell of the orange tree blossoms. We took advantage of the SUP paddleboard, which we had access to, and mastered our skills on the sea. Thank you very much for providing an excellent base for our early holidays and we hope to stay there again.

“Just like paradise”

Everything was perfect! The apartment looks even better than the pictures. The facilities in the kitchen are just like home, you can prepare easily breakfast and even cook lunch. If you prefer going out there are 2 restaurants just 5 min away. There are 2 little beaches near the house and the water here is super, you can do snorkeling. Also the water has an incredible blue color. I could stay all day long in the living watching the sea 💙 And the owner, Tonia, is very nice and helpful. We found some goodies in the fridge in the first day, including water and some bread and jam for breakfast. She even help us by guiding us though the island by giving us a map with points of interest and comments made by herself. In the end we received small souvenirs 🌞 I recomand this holiday home for sure ❤️

“A beautiful house in a lovely quiet location.”

This property is beautifully furnished, very well equipped and in a perfect location. The cleaner attending twice in the week which was appreciated. The little quiet beach was just a few steps away with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. A lovely bar/restaurant for daytime food and drink by the beach. There is also the Epsilon bar 5 minutes walk away which serves amazing food. A 25 minute walk would take you into a lively part of town with plenty of tavernas to choose from and the road is well lit for walking. In my opinion the photos don't do this house justice, it is better in the flesh! The view from the patio is spectacular and so relaxing as all you can hear is the sea!

property was stunning spotlessly clean and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, airconditioned and great showers. The host tonia was exceptional, her hospitality was incredible and small touches of water, biscuits, coffee etc were appreciated. A lovely family running this place will recommend to others. The pictures don't do it justice if you are considering booking this - do it you won't regret it.
