“Perfect greek hospitality”

These apartments are perfectly located near the village and all it's fabulous restaurants and so close to the beach too. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a balcony and a terrace to get all day sunshine or shade when needed. The owner Yannis is so friendly and helpful making our week here just wonderful

Nice apartment on the third floor. Perfect view over the see. Lot of free sunbeds just on the nice shore. Safety box, AC, sunbeds etc all included so very nice. Very helpful staff (Yannis).

The location is really nice – just steps from the beach with sea view. The room was clean and comfortable . We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace / balcony. Yannis , the owner , is very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel like home. A truly peaceful seaside getaway – we can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for some R&R this is the place for you - absolutely fantastic. The property is right on a sandy, shallow beach, perfect for families with young children. Restaurants and amenities are all within a short walking distance, and Yanis and his family are lovely hospitable people. What more can you want?

The location was absolutely perfect for us. It is a five minute walk in to the village of Alykes and 10 minutes to Alykanas via the road or a fabulous 15 minutes via the beautiful shore line. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had 2 outdoor spaces - a very sunny balcony overlooking the river and a shaded terrace which was very welcome in the heat. Yannis and his wife were very friendly and perfect hosts. The gardens have plenty of sunbeds and are right on the beach. I would thoroughly recommend these apartments

Excellent communication with Yannis the owner. Fabulous location right on the beach nestled between Alykes & Alykanas. Safe & Aircon included in the price. Comfortable & spacious apartment with a fantastic sea view. Lots of sun loungers & umbrellas on the grassed area right in front of the beach which also has sun loungers. Fabulous places to eat & drink right next door either side. Our favourite place to stay & hope to return for many years to come.

Fantastic place, clean and extremely spacious and conformable Location was amazing, private section of the beach, lots of sunbeds. Yannis the owner is a lovely man and so hospitable, cannot do enough for you. Loved every minute of our stay and planning to return next year.

“Beach front apartments - quiet and relaxing....”

Loved the location right on top of what felt like a private stretch of beach. Our Riverside room had great outdoor eating areas at front and back balcony for sun or shade. Host made us feel very welcome.

“Paradise, if willing to compromise a bit on luxury”

Close proximity to the beach and free sun beds, stocked kitchen (had a few pots and a pan but no big cutting knife), Yannis was positively friendly and ready to help with everything, room was clean and there were lots of drawers to store our clothes, there was minimal noise from other people, location close to lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would surely book this place again.

Everything! Even the smallest things were made available to you. So many places charge for extra things but these guys don’t. Fantastic setting, quiet, close to both alykes and alikanas. Just loved it 😬

The property was clean, has an excellent location, and everything that we needed. It was very tidy the day when we arrived and we received a cleaning after 3days which was very good. We loved the property location, right beside the beach and not far away by walk from shops, restaurants, pharmacy and many more. It included everything we needed, such as kitchen with cooker, kettle, cutleries or bathroom with hairdryer. It had actually more that we wanted. We are more than satisfied with it and highly recommend it to families, friend’s group or anyone else!

Positives: beach nearby (30-40m)!!!, the host is very welcoming and helpful, mosquito nets, close to both Alykes and Alikanas, 1 big terrace and one private big balcony, water pressure, clean - changed towels after 3 days, quiet.

Yannis, the owner, met us at the airport, such a lovely friendly guy, the Riverside apartment which we stayed was very spacious and clean. The location is perfect, closer to Alykes, few minutes stroll and about 10 mins stroll to Alykanas. The apartment has 2 balconies, a large one at the back with a sea view and a smaller one at the front overlooking the river. We really enjoyed our stay here and have already booked with Yannis for next year , highly recommended !

The location and the private beach are great. Very good place for families with kids (small and big). You can find restaurants and shops at 400m distance or even less. The host is friendly, and the room is cleaned every 3 days which was really okay for us.
