Overview
Located only 40 meters from the sandy beach of Alikanas in Zakynthos, Valianos offers studios and apartments with a balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea and the garden. The village centre is 200 metres away. A kitchenette with cooking hobs, fridge and dining area is included in all studios at the Valianos Studios. Each comes with a private bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a pool and bar of a nearby property, 50 metres away from the property. The owner’s mini market at 10 metres provides everyday essentials. Staff can arrange car rental to explore Zante Town at 15 km. The small port of Agios Nikolaos with boats to the Blue Caves and Navagio Beach is at 21 km. All property bathrooms are renovated in 2023.

“Villianos we had a lovely stay”
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day. Katerina made an effort to ensure everything was in order for us. Nicoletta the cleaning lady is very sweet. Also the supermarket is right outside so very handy. Very close to the central area with bars and restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach ⛱️

Really clean fresh modern property, great quality fixtures and fittings, regular and efficient maid service, owner was super helpful, couldn’t fault the place, great sea view from bedroom balcony and large terrace to front. Good location pretty much mid way between Alykanas and Alykes and 2 minutes walk to nearest beach.

The property was the perfect location just off the Main Street and only a 2 minute walk ti the beach. The apartment was perfect for 1 or 2 people, spacious and always kept clean by the lovely cleaner! Having access to my own kitchen was also just what I needed and it was the perfect size! The lovely staff in the shop were always there to help and very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again.

“Very, very nice, tottaly recommend!”
The studio was very nice and clean. All was new and decorate in a very nice manner. The beds were very confortable, the pilows, the sheets very confortable. It has two walk in showers. It also has 2 big terraces, very nice to spend the mornings/evenings. Is very close to the beach and to the centre of the town, to the restaurants and shops. It has a free parking space. It has a washing machine, very useful for a longer stay.
