Location, communication, view balcony, close to all. Apartment was very spacious. Smart TV's it was definitely a good addition. Staff very helpful, friendly and positive. Overall very good positive experience and would recommend to others.

Very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the rooftop apartment with two bedrooms - huge balcony. Very clean and homely. The restaurant downstairs is great and the owner is so friendly. Good location, just a short walk to the beach, which is a lovely beach. We used the pool at Bonkers bar which you can use for free. Excellent value for money.

The 2 bedroom apartment is great for a family, it's nice and cozy and has all the facilities you need,like AC and large smart TV in every room and a big terrace. Very clean ,they do the cleaning every day. And you can park the car in their yard. Elena ,the manager is very willing to help you .On the ground floor it is an excellent restaurant where you can eat from breakfast to dinner, the owner, Mister Gherasimo is such a lovely and friendly person !

Excellent location in Alykanas for both the beach and the restaurants. Comfortable beds and good air con. The cleaning lady is lovely and does an excellent job. We were in the loft apartment with two older teens and could watch the sunset on our balcony every evening. I recommend the Zakynthos breakfast in Carrisimo restaurant below

“Best place in Zakynthos”

The place is close to the beach and to the town. Elena the owner is very sweet and kind, she shared recommendations, allowed us for a late check out. There were some issues with the shower and she fixed them immediately. Super responsive and always smiling. I wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Zakynthos, the city itself is small but rent a car and you get everywhere. You have kitchen utensils and appliances so we used them quite often. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Thanks for everything!!!

Elena was so kind and showed us the room. It had a “induction cooktop” so you could use to cook your own food. Also they are located at the top of a restaurant, good by the way… Everything was great, for us (couple) alikanas was the best region of the island because there were good restaurants, you can stop your car at the property and walk by. For young people i think Laganas is the best region, parties, night clubs etc.. check in and checkout easy! Thanks Elena.
