“Beautiful villa”

Beautiful villa with pool. Very close to restaurants and shops. Even though it's close to restaurants and amenities, we felt the villa was peaceful and relaxing. Athina, our host, has put so much effort and pride into the villas and gardens. This is probably one of the best villas I've stayed in. We will definitely be back.

“Lovely pool side”

The property is very nice, especially the outside area with the pool is beautiful and the pool is gorgeous. Very comfortable sun beds and good parasols. Inside very comfortable beds and bed sheets, quiet AC, spacious living area with comfortable seating. The washing machine was very practical. Check in was super smooth. It is 5 min walking to shops and restaurants which was very cool.

“An excellent visit”

A great new, modern, well equipped suite. Everything of a very high standard, great outdoor space with private pool. Host Athina, couldnt do enough for you, a lovely lady who takes pride in what she does. A fantastic location, very peaceful surroundings but only a few minutes walk to the strip with excellent bars and restaurants. A few minutes further on takes you to the beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day soon.

We had the most wonderful stay in Zakynthos! Our host Athina was truly the best we’ve ever had – so kind, thoughtful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She really went above and beyond, which made our holiday feel so comfortable and special. The accommodation itself was fantastic, but the absolute highlight was the private pool – we loved spending time there every day. Everything about the place made us feel at home, and we honestly loved it all. We can’t thank Athina enough for her hospitality, and we’d come back here in a heartbeat!

“Absolutely beautiful villa in a great location”

The villa is absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location ! Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Athina , she made us all feel so welcome and had prepared us some fresh watermelon and there was a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift , such a lovely lady she really did make us feel so welcome! The villa itself is a great size and was spotlessly clean , fully fitted kitchen with coffee machine , kettle and even a washing machine , in the living area was a comfy sofa with a large smart tv (netflix,youtube etc) really did feel like a home away from home ! Beautiful garden with your own sun loungers around your own private pool ! This place really is fantastic.

This is probably our favourite place we have stayed, the location is amazing! Around so many restaurants and supermarkets but the best bit was the scenery and how peaceful it was! We got a quad bike to get around other areas of the island! There was so many little details which made the accommodation even better than it was! If you’re wanting something relaxing this is the place for you! We’ll be coming back next year!!

“Fantastic place, facilities, and staff!”

Beautiful accommodation and facilities, we had the perfect stay as a family - the second room and ensuite are in the annex next to the main building (including a small fridge and coffee machine etc!) so that was great to have them separate then the pool is just outside for ultimate convenience! The staff were wonderful too, our flight was delayed so we checked in later than expected and they were extremely accommodating. Similar on our return flight, that was late in the day and they still let us use the facilities after check-out. We also had our 7-month old son travelling with us and they provided a high chair and travel cot. Honestly the most wonderful stay and I highly recommend!

We were in the apartment consisting of 2 separate buildings. This accommodation is perfect. The hostess with her charming smile is extremely helpful. Charging our electric car went smoothly. The apartment is beautiful: elegant, stylish, high quality. The mattresses and bedding are great. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool and garden furniture are pleasant. Everything is spotless. We'll be back!

“Superb suite with impeccable facilities in the heart of Alykanas”

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. Not only did our suite present as promised, but the location was perfect. While it was walking distance from shops/restaurants and beaches, it had the privacy and a calmness that was very relaxing. The facilities (including pool) were very well maintained and every detail had been thought about. The hospitality displayed by Vasilis and Athina was incredible! They were both charming and very helpful in providing authentic restaurant recommendations (good food is very important aspect of holiday. The host Anastasia was also very helpful and make contact from the moment of booking to answer any questions we had. I would strongly recommend to any family and friends visiting the island in the future and would come back to this property without hesitation.

I was super lucky and was able to extend my stay in this beautiful appartment. I was about to leave but i couldnt. If you need a place to relax, this is where you wanna go. It is a silent and peaceful place created with much love for details, which i personally highly appreciate, but only a few minutes away from wonderful beaches and a little nightlife with Restaurants and supermarkets. Best of all we adopted the sweetest dog. We will definitly be back.

This is one of the best places to relax and unwind. We had a very warm welcome and felt like home immediately. There are so many little details where one can see how much love they put into this. Cant wait to come back!!! Highly recommended!!

Stunning villa! Fantastic pool. Comfy beds. The decor is beautiful. Perfect spot, peace and quiet but a few minutes walk to bars, shops etc.
