“Stunning location, amazing hosts”

Beautiful peaceful location practically set amongst the olive trees yet a minute to the gorgeous tranquil beach. The hosts, Dennis and Dionysia, went above and beyond with wine, olive oil and snacks on arrival. Dionysia made the most amazing enormous apple cake and also a family recipe of stuffed peppers and tomatoes.

We stayed at Ammos Apartments in Alikanas from August 29 to September 5, five of us in total, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped – they truly thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with cleaning service every other day, always announced in advance so it never disturbed us. The large terrace offered a stunning view of the sea, and the nearest beach was just a one-minute walk away, perfect for both swimming and snorkeling. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with fruits, snacks, wine, and olive oil – such a thoughtful gesture. In the middle of our stay, we were even surprised with a freshly baked homemade apple pie, which was so delicious it disappeared in no time. With five of us staying, everyone still had their own private space: two separate entrances and direct access from the rooms to the terrace made everything comfortable and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful: she gladly answered all our questions, assisted us with car rental by recommending a reliable company, and even gave us great restaurant tips that turned out to be excellent choices. Another big advantage was the free shaded parking right at the property. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, with a charming, countryside feel, yet the town center was only about a 15–20 minute walk away. Overall, we had a fantastic experience – a clean and comfortable apartment, breathtaking views, direct access to the beach, and a truly attentive, hospitable host. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ammos Apartments to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

Absolutely breathtaking view. There is a private beach steps away. Extremely clean home and wonderful host. 5 minute car ride to entertainment street with rest/bars and souvenir shos.Highly recommend😊

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything you needed. it was right on the beach with a lovely outdoor area. It was only 5 minutes drive to restaurants and bars. great location to explore the rest of the island. owners were so lovely and accommodating.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and into town. Also great to have parking on site. Hosts were amazing. Friendly and generous with great recommendations for places to see.

Location great, beautiful view, lovely apartment, good shower, good kitchen facilities. Lovely garden with hammocks, tables and chairs to look at the beautiful view.

A fantastic location with a beach view. The owners were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, even when we managed to lock ourselves out!

Friendly, generous hosts who arranged airport collection and went out of their way to settle us in. They took time to show us all the best places to visit on the map and also organised car hire for us. Apartment was traditional and well equipped with a beautiful view from the rear balcony. Beach is only 50m away and there are 2 very good beach cafes for informal lunch/drinks. Alikanas town is a 15 minute walk but there is also a fab taxi service for lazy days. We had a fabulous stay here and give all our thanks to Dennis and Denise for their warm hospitality :))

“Perfect beachside accomodation”

The accommodation is everything you need for a perfect beachside vacation. The views are amazing, you wake up every morning with the sound of the sea. Beach is very close, just go down some stairs and you're there, it is a quiet, sandy beach with clear turquoise water. The hosts were very nice, they helped us with restaurants recommendations and they were very delicious. Also, they can cook lunch for you, it is home made greek food and it is DELICOUS, don't miss ordering from them. We also worked from there 3 days, and we didn't have any issues with the wifi, the connection is good, so you can easily work from the location.
