It was near in the beach

Sunbeds busy around the main pool but plenty of sunbeds at the other pools. Short walk to lots of bars and tavernas. never noticed any activities for those who want that sort of thing. Breakfast/dining room seemed like a canteen and left to find own tables rather than staff locating one for you. Glad we did not have evening meal there

A perfect place, right near to the beach. Room large and comfortable. Lots of space. Cleaner did the room everyday and worked very hard. Washed the towels and washed floors every day which was needed near to the beach. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

However the facility is full of different pools, it is very close to the beach in the same time. Plenty of opportunities for having fun in the water. It is in the heart of Alykanas where you can find several amazing restaurants to discover the greek kitchen.

I beleive the rate of 8.0 at booking represents the reality. Clean rooms (they cleaned them every day, nicely), beautiful beach, good pools also for kids, waterpark is also great, very firendly staff, good location. I would recommend for families with small kids when they want to stay for a week at a hotel and enjoy the weather and fabolous see. It is very silent during the evenings, no parties, good place to rest. Sunset from the beach is beautiful.

Spacious and modern room with beautiful view to the sea. Large selection of tasty foods for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is close to many excellent restaurants, and there are also good shopping opportunities within easy walking distance. Absolutely family friendly accommodation with the kids' pool area and the small playground right next to it. Overall a very good choice.

Absolutely loved it! The pool was very relaxing and so close to the beach. The chairs by the beach were so nice to watch the sunset from (it was a shame we only realised this on the last night)

“Perfect getaway on the bay of Alykanas”

Stayed in the superior rooms at this hotel, grounds throughout well maintained. Location is the highlight direct access to the wonderful bay of Alykanas. Some reviews have said the bathroom floods when using the shower and that this is an inconvenience. Happy to report that the bathroom is well designed - entire wet room style with functional tiles to minimise slipping - the drain under the sink, drains well. Top tip: place the bathmat outside of the bathroom door instead of in the bathroom. Because the rooms are cleaned daily the bathroom floor didn’t clog up with soap residue and the like. The WIFI was fast, aircon was included and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking, it’s a help yourself buffet style with many combinations of hot and cold items on offer. Overall we are really impressed, we are already scouting out dates to visit again!

“Perfect resort for families with children”

Well-positioned resort, with direct access to the sea, clean beach, fine sand, smooth entrance to the sea. The Aquapark is fun for children, large swimming pools, playground for children, spacious room with air conditioning, the view from the room was beautiful, varied and tasty meals. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. There is a well-stocked store within the resort. Across the street was a tour agency - perfect for trips. I highly recommend it.

We were a little concerned to begin due to some of the negative comments on here, but these are unfounded. HOTEL The hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly and warm on check in and check out (with a good sense of humour!). The room was perfect, with a sliding door to 2 separate beds for our children (6&8) and a stunning view of the pool and sea. The breakfast had lots of different options with something for everyone, with the room being clean and regularly cleared. FACILITIES The pools were super - clean and lots of choice and safe. The slides were also amazing. I thought that my 8 yr old may not enjoy them having been to water parks but still had hours of fun on them. I was particularly impressed on one day when another child had had an “accident” in the pool. The staff member kindly a professionally explained it would be closed for a day and was extremely diligent in cleaning this out and checking the levels. The pools bars had some lovely drinks and snack and staff were super friendly and helpful. The children spent hours in the different pools and really loved it! LOCATION The best aspect is the location. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect - shallow for a long way and perfect for children. The water was amazing and we took a little pedalo over to the small marina where we had the loggerhead turtles swimming around us. There is a lovely restaurant/bar along the beach called Valais and we loved wandering in to the town in the evening for dinner, with lots of great choices and all very family friendly. Overall, I’m so glad we ignored some of the negative reviews we saw. Our expectations were exceeded and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

The hotel was lovely, pools were really clean and could always get a sun bed. The rooms were modern and spacious. Location is great right on the beach in a quieter part with plenty of sunbeds. The staff were super helpful and friendly

The pools were fab, the breakfast had lots of variety and the location was great. You had the choice of beach, pool or both. A short walk to town for dinner or shopping. Small fridge in the room to keep a few lunch items and drinks. Shop on site had loads of choice and stayed open until late 11:30 pm. Snack bar had big portions so could easily share. Had an issue with the air conditioner as the door connection wasn’t working (all doors need to be closed). Reception sent over someone five minutes later and it was sorted. We were able to book late checkout as our flight was in the evening, which was great to make the most of our last day. There is a luggage room at reception and you can use the gym showers if needed.

Location was perfect, loved that we were B&B as so many beach bars and restaurants close by for lunch and dinner. Much better than all inclusive.
