We would highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Alykanas. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for relaxing in the peaceful outdoor space. The hosts are the best hosts we’ve ever come across on our travels. Welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had the pleasure of their cooking one night and it was amazing. Would 100% stay again.

“Exceptional villa with beautiful views”

Beautiful location and nice and quiet. The villa had everything you need. The owners were very thoughtful and provided information about places we could visit. They also gave us fruit, water, eggs, olive oil and a beautiful apple cake on our arrival. There also were supplies of shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper and soap, very helpful for your stay. The was good secure parking and the property was cleaned regularly during our stay. The views from inside and outside the villa were stunning. Lots of outdoor living space and a great pool.

The host was in communication with us prior to our arrival. Once we got to the villa, the host met us there to introduce themselves and to give us a quick tour as well as hand over the keys. They were very kind. it was out first time on the island, so prior to arrival, we asked if they could provide any local recommendations from grocery stores, to a butcher shop, to restaurants. They The links they provided were very helpful as we navigated our plans for the week. The house was clean with new features (think had only opened 3 years prior). The pool was a great addition. The host came every morning before we woke up to check the levels of the pool to make sure everything was in working order for the day. We never had an issue and the kids loved it. The house location was a bit remote, but that's what we wanted. Away from any heavy traffic (foot or car), but was a quick 10 min drive to downtown or 30 mins to Zante, although we only we there once during our stay. There are beaches everywhere, but there is one within a 4 min walk of the house. It's small, but nice if you want to have a quick dip before you start your day. The other one we went to that was close was Alykanas Beach which is also close to Alykes Beach. Both very clean, water was very nice, and wasn't very crowded when we went in mid June. Would recommend this place and the host.

Everything! Amazing Villa, modern clean, comfy beds, great pool, amazing view. Owners are so lovely, it was cleaned twice in our weeks stay. We got home made apple pie, the most special place ❤️

“Absolutely amazing”

Excellent! This luxury villa was very well managed, spotlessly clean and overall beautiful. The owners are super friendly, and live nearby, therefore always happy to help with your query. There is an optional menu from which you can order traditional Greek homemade meal at a decent price. We have tried the traditional apple cake and it was absolutely mouth watering tasty. We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is also just few steps away. I 100% recommend this place with all my heart and hope to be back soon myself!

“Relaxing paradise - highly recommended”

House - the house is a three bedrooms, of which one is open mezzanine, with two bathrooms and is perfect for families gathering. It’s quite new with very elegant interiors and exterior features, very good size swimming pool, comfortable sitting places all around the garden and outside shower. Hosts - they were absolutely fantastic and keen to help us to make our holidays unforgettable. Also, the housekeeper comes daily for cleaning. It’s pretty much like hotel service. Place - not mass tourism and quite authentic. Little beach reachable with 2 mins walk with a few sun beds and umbrellas. It’s not deep so perfect for kids, it’s sandy but with some rocks which is nice for snorkelling, the water is crystal clear and there is a good restaurant for lunch just a few steps above the beach with a wonderful view. Other great beaches are about 20 mins by car and it’s quite easy to visit the entire island from north to south as we did.

The fact that we had a lovely pool to ourselves that was looked after daily. We could walk a couple of minutes to the beautiful warm sea. The hosts had provided some essentials in the fridge and little extras which was really welcome and a lovely touch, when we arrived.

Our hosts were very kind and hospitable people. The villa is beautiful, clean and in a magical position. For a relaxing holiday I’d say this is as good as it gets.

The hosts are very welcoming and so friendly. They kept in touch all the time making sure we had everything we needed. The villa is amazing and is cleaned daily. We absolutely loved this villa.❤️ It was perfect from the moment we booked. The owners were in contact with us asked if we needed a taxi arranged from the airport , who was there ready to pick us up on arrival also booked our return to the airport. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by the owner and also with a Beautiful cake and refreshments. The fridge had essentials too which was a great help till the morning , As there isn’t a shop nearby. The villa is beautiful and everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable (which I have to say I have had some very uncomfortable beds in Greece!) There is a tv but we didn’t use it. Saw it did have Netflix which might be useful to some families. The pool area was stunning with amazing views of the sea. Which also can be seen whilst in bed. Was very relaxing area. Very quiet no traffic noise we could hear the sea/waves constantly which was so lovely. We decided not to hire a car this time but it probably would be useful if you didn’t want to walk into town or the beach as this is about 20/30 minutes walk. (If you have young children - we had teenagers) We used the Shoestring taverna on the beach near us for breakfast and lunch several times and would recommend. Also went to the Lemon Tree Restaurant which was lovely too. There is a small beach on the doorstep which is lovely .Advise beach shoes here for getting in the sea a little rugged under foot till in the water. Alykanas beach is lovely, 2 sun beds a chair and locker was €15 which seemed reasonable for the day. We definitely are going back.❤️ We thank you for making us so welcome and look forward to seeing you again.❤️

“Perfect Greek Escape With Wonderful Hosts!”

The location, the villa, the views, the hosts, everything is just WOW!!! We’ve stayed in many different hotels & villas in Zakynthos and this is without a doubt our favourite. If anyone is looking for somewhere to stay I couldn’t recommend it enough. You’re a stones throw from the beach, it’s blissfully peaceful and a lovely easy walk into the centre of Alykanas.
