Filty oven ware , washing machine filters blocked., poor daily house keeping. Complex in undesirable area.

Staff allowed our group of four ( staying in a 3 bedroom apartment) to check in a little early, and also check out a little late. We appreciated the chocolates!

Both what we like and what we didn't here. We stayed 1 week in Alice Springs in early September in a 2 room apartment upstairs. Place was very clean and modern. We knew we had stairs to deal with, so mobility is not a problem for us, as there is no lift. We enjoyed the location but we are a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area, and we like to start out day off with a walk to and back to get coffee/breakfast with plenty of choices there in the Mall. The walk was enjoyable in the cool winter air which was bright and sunny. Felt very safe and secure. Property was gated and fenced well. Our one comment is the bedroom aircon was not working. It was 'on' however it seemed to not be pushing out enough cool air at night when sleeping. The main sitting room was great and was always cool just not the bedroom. Bed was fine and sheets were nice. The TV size was a bit small but that was minor for us. The balcony was lovely to sit out on with a coffee. Full facilities with regards to a washing machine and dryer to use in the bathroom. We had Room 30A.
