Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The apartment exceeded all our expectations — it was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and looked exactly like the photos (actually, even better!). The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was comfortable, and fresh towels and toiletries were prepared for us. The location is also excellent, with everything easily accessible. What truly made our stay outstanding was the kindness and professionalism of the host. From the very beginning, the communication was quick, friendly, and extremely helpful. We received clear instructions before arrival, and every question we had was answered immediately. He was incredibly flexible and supportive in every situation. We are especially grateful for the late check-out option — it made our last day so much easier and stress-free. Honestly, this was one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this place to everyone! If we return to Alicante, we will definitely book here again.

We had a great time here as a family of four! The apartment was spacious, with three bedrooms that gave everyone their own space. It had everything we needed — a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and two convenient bathrooms. We also loved the small terrace for relaxing. Just as described, the location is great, and the value for money is excellent. The location was perfect — walking distance to Lidl, Mercadona, a big shopping mall, and lots of restaurants and small shops. It was easy to reach the beach and main attractions. Nick was an amazing administrator: very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The flat is beautiful. You have everything you need to have a great holiday in there - there is a wide terrace, all the facilities you would need are available in the kitchen, the rooms are bright and comfortable, and the location is quite central. The communication with the host was amazing and helpful as well! We will definitely choose the flat to stay in again! Thank you for everything, we will be back!

The accommodation provider was very helpful and reliable despite the fact that the name of the place in the advertisement was slightly exaggerated. However, it was no surprise that the sea view required sticking your head out of the window and even then it was difficult to distinguish it from the roof of the mall. This was honestly visible in the photos of the advertisement. Likewise, a big mall and other convenient places are right next door, but not disturbingly close. The nearest beach, the old town and the city center are within a reasonable walking distance. However, the beach is far away if you plan to swim every day. It was important for us to be able to move around by car. Street parking was free in this area, but late at night the spaces were very crowded. The host gave us good advice on how to find a place. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is perfect for an independent stay when you want to blend in with the local population. If something could be improved, the edges of the shower basin could be higher. Drying the floor required a little extra effort after showering. Perhaps this also gave the authentic feel of living in Spain. Overall very good value for money and very pleasant to deal with the helpful host.

The flat is incredibly well-equipped - you will find everything you need for cooking & living & working from home. The balcony is big & comfortable enough to spend much time on it, while having breakfast, drinking coffee, working or just getting relaxed in the evening. It's perfect for families - with baby cots and even a stroller (we had ours anyway). The location is great - with easy access to both the beach and the city center. It was also really clean. Definitely worth recommending.
