“Perfect Location, Great Host”

We liked the apartment’s location, as it was conveniently close both to the beach and to public transportation stops. The host was helpful and agreed to give us the keys even at a very late hour. The apartment itself had all the necessary amenities and equipment. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We loved the place, felt so welcomed by the host who stayed up until 2am to let us in, thank you. The apartment has everything and more. Everything was so clean. It's 9th floor and I loved the views of the beach and the street Great location, amazing beach just across.

Location is fenomenal. Everything you need is around you . First of all, this is an accommodation for every recommendation and don't think for a second if you are planning a stay in Alicante, more precisely in the San Juan area. I traveled for work and was accommodated in a hotel in the immediate vicinity, only 150 m from here, but here also for a few days due to the full capacity of the hotel. It turned out that this accommodation was better than the hotel. Excellent location, extremely clean and tidy accommodation with absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay. To be honest, you have more than you need. The bed is extremely comfortable, which was not the case in the hotel. Finally, I especially want to emphasize how exceptional hosts they are. This world needs and deserves more people like Mr. Javier. He made us feel at home. Easy, quiet and unobtrusive. I am sure this is our destination to come again.

We rented these apartments and were very satisfied! The apartment is beautiful, with a stunning view from the balcony overlooking both the sea and the city — it truly adds a special atmosphere to the stay. The balcony deserves a special mention: it is spacious, very cozy, and it’s extremely pleasant and comfortable to relax there while enjoying the views. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient: it’s easy to get around the city by public transport, and the building is located practically right next to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby and a lovely promenade for walking. We would also like to highlight the host — a very polite and pleasant man. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which we happily followed. The city of Alicante left a very positive impression, and the sea was wonderful — overall, it was a fantastic stay! We highly recommend these apartments!

“Lovely apartment”

Javier was a most hospitable host and did all he could to make sure we had a pleasant stay in Alicante. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. It is in a perfect location with the beach a few minutes walk away and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Tram stop right outside also.

Delightful, well-located and extremely well-equipped (the host really though of everything) with a wonderful seaviews and a large terrace (conservatory in winter); the apartment was squeaky clean (and I mean squeaky clean, whoever cleans there should get an OBE) and full of nice touches (beer/coca cola/water in the fridge, condiments and tea/coffe capsules in the kitchen, biscuits, chocolates and nibbles in the living room, even spare batteries for the remote controls of the aircon). There are several comfy chairs for relaxing and admiring the sea view and a good sized dining table The property seems to have been recently renovated, all is new and well looked after. The host awaited us with the keys and gave us several excellent recommendations for eating out (which we followed religiously and with delight). There is a supermarket nearby in a small shopping centre and one is literally steps from the beach promenade. The tram stop (of a pleasantly modern and quiet tram) is just outside the house. Highly recommended

The 9.9 review score says it all. Owner is super nice and super helpful, and apartment is very nice and unique. Position is amazing, tram is 10m away and that is your connection to the whole city for 1.5eur.

The apartment itself was furnished beautifully. It had absolutely everything that you needed shampoo towels  cleaning products. We also had a lovely welcome box which contained beer, water wine crisps chocolate There was also a beautiful maintained pool and a lift to the apartment Beautiful beach, two or three minutes walk away

“Alicante vacation home Dream”

Everything with this property is great. Position, host, services. You got welcomed by Javier, a very kind and gentle home owner. Contact with him over Booking and whatsapp is perfect, fast and reliable. Home is everything you can desire for a nice and relaxed period away. It has EVERYTHING, kitchen fully equipped, fridge, even complimentary beers, cokes, chips and sweets as welcome package. Included you have a good WIFI, a TV with Netflix and a superb massage chair. Panorama is superb, at sunrise you see the sea and the sun. Bed are super confortable and, cherry on top, included there is also a PRIVATE parking with protection from sun. Checkout is easy and indipendent, so early flights would be more than OK. Trust him on recommendation for restaurants, you'll not be disappointed.

Very well appointed with all facilities that could be required. Location was good with the team stop Londres right outside - straight to Alicante. Beach and restaurants very close. Spacious for a one bedroom flat. A bottle of wine, beer in the fridge and snacks were waiting. Javier the host was very friendly and concerned that I should have everything I needed. Very good communication.

“Perfect apartment with welcoming host”

A perfect apartment! Very well located, 2 minutes from the beach, Londres tram station is right in front, supermarkets nearby, shops and restaurants! Very good size for 2 people, has a closed balcony with sea view and it is open to the living room. Very well equipped, absolutely nothing was missing, very clean and neat! Air conditioning, very good wifi. And about the host Javier, just words of thanks for the welcome, recommendations and help! We want to come back next year in the same location.

Cosy, lovely apartment with everything you might need for your stay. Javier was such a nice host. He was in touch before and then met us at the apartment showing us everything. The location is super, you have all the amenities including tram stop right there. Beach is a few steps away. Really enjoyed our stay.

Javier the host was so helpful & friendly even when we head a late arrival & was delayed, he was super understanding & waited for us. Everything was perfect & would definitely come back here again.

The apartment has everything that you need for a short stay, very comfortable bed, breathtaking views. The hosts, are super nice and caring. They've prepared some complimentary snacks and set nerflix profile for my nationality. Extremely nice and friend couple.

The apartment clearly exceeded my expectations. Great location - the tram stop in front of the house with ca. 15mins to be in the heart of Alicante. Beautiful view from the window in the balcony like room (with folded windows). The most comfortable bad and pillows I ever had when traveling! Some snacks, a bottle of wine and in the fridge water, beer and soft drinks welcoming you. Javier, the very nice and charming host not only welcomed me but also was very helpful sharing some ideas where to do shoppings, where to eat in the proximity of the house. Sandy beach just around the corner (less than 200m). And for the evenings Netflix with pre-set language profile option. Entire apartment very nicely decorated giving cosy atmosphere. A perfect place for a solo or couple stay! I bought the flight and did the accommodation choice very spontaneusly. It was a wonderful time with just me, myself and I - all what I needed for a week! Thank you!
