“Enjoyable stay in an interesting city with all the facilities on our doorstep.”
Superb location. 10 mins walk from the old town. Just below the castle. Good range of local shops and cafes. Children's playground and exercise machines very convenient.

“Perfect, peaceful stay”
Fantastic apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable long stay with a child. The view is spectacular, we watched the sunrise every morning and had coffee on the terrace listening to the waves crash on the beach. This apartment is bliss. The beds were comfortable. Everything was great, the wifi was better than our excellent wifi at home! Nico and Jana were great hosts, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

“Very relaxing”
Just came back from Alicante after new year. The apartment was ideally situated for visiting the area with a short walk into the centre. The view was amazing and the sunrises spectacular. Nico met us with the keys and was very kind and helpful with ideas of what to see and do. Thank you Nico.

Wonderful place. A beautiful, very large apartment, fully equipped. With a magnificent terrace and a beautiful view. The owner is very kind and helpful. It's a 5-minute walk to the center and the beach.

“Family Beach fun (with a toddler in tow)”
Being so close to the beach was excellent for us. We have 3 kids, 8,6 and a 1.5 year old. The apartment had everything we could have needed really. There was even beach toys available which saved us having to find and buy- a thoughtful touch. We spent the mornings and evenings swimming and playing on the beach and it was a short stroll (even the toddler walked) back to the apartment for nap time and lunch. Theres decent beachside restaurants with a playground beside them which helped entertain the busy toddler. Staff in the apartment building were very helpful in organising transport with a car seat to the waterpark Aqualandia Benidorm. Staff in cafes and restaurants were all lovely. The weather was beautiful. The balcony was lovely to sit out in at night once kids in bed. The little supermarket below was very handy for basic supplies.
