“Average.”
The apartment was part of an Apart-hotel, with a small reception area and dining room/bar at ground floor level. The apartment itself was clean and had adequate basic facilities. Our main issue was when we booked the specific apartment, it was described as having a 'courtyard view'. This was actually internal windows from the bedroom.and bathroom which opened onto the central ventilation area, which was quite ugly and certainly not a 'view'(see photo below.) We have just finished a road trip around southern Spain where we have stayed in 5 different Booking.com properties. This was the most expensive, but one of our least favourites.

“Stay was fabulous. Everyday same breakfast was really boring as we don’t eat red meat so tuna was the only option for us”
Location, basic kitchen utensils, good refrigerator with freezer, microwave and juicer was winner though it could be used only for applesin.

“Lovely Alicante apartment”
Excellent shower, comfortable bed, light, spacious apartment, very well cleaned and good location within walking distance of centre, but no noise. Cafe bar downstairs was lovely for breakfast and drinks in the sunshine.

The property is well located. In ten minutes you can walk to the old town.. buzzing with activity till the late hours . The flat was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing. We as a family loved our stay here
