Needs a renovation of bathroom. You would hear when the elevator came outside the apartment. When people were talking in the hallway.

“Perfect place to say for 2 people!!”

The location is perfect, walking distance to most of the attractions, tram station Luceros is very close. The studio itself is very clean, with all the necessary appliances. You also get a pretty nice view from the balcony (mostly on the left, where you can see the castle and the centre, straight away it's not that pretty, but at least you don't look into the windows on the next building). The bed was super comfortable for me (plus for the duvet, not just the sheets). Couch is also great, very nice to sit on. Before the stay, all of my questions were answered pretty quickly and all the information on the check-in and getting into the apartment were provided perfectly - with instructions and photos (even the short movie!) I was there with my mom and we were both super happy with everything.

This was my third time to this property. I enjoy the balcony that gets the sun most of the day. It is in a good location with only a short walk to the very centre of town and the waterfront. The property has the advantage of being close to many shopping outlets located at that end in the city. The kitchen is well equipped and I particularly enjoyed the coffee m/c. Towels and bedding were plentiful. But no tea/dish towel.

Clean, central, helpful owner

Very good handy location in the center of Alicante. A clean studio with a compact but functional kitchen. The owner is responsive and always in touch. It is not related to the apartments, but were really impressed by the music festival procession in the city center.

This was my second visit to this apartment. I like the location. Short walk to shops. restaurants, wine bars, marina, etc. The apartment faces south so the sun is on the balcony most of the day. There is an open outlook over the top of buildings in front of the apartment.

The location is excellent, in the centre of the city, the apartmen is well equipped, ( iron, microwawe, washing machine, aircondition, household supplies, spices, oil, napkins........ even parasol ) and bright . :) The wifi was correct, the balcon with clothes dryer was practical.

Great location for exploring Alicante. Bright, airy and well equipped apartment. Good communication prior to arriving. Excellent surroundings for shopping, eating and drinking and public transport only a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.
