Everything was in place available, clean, apartment located perfectly near to the most popular places, restaurants, clubs and beach. Owner always supportive and helpful. The most beautiful is view from balcony…. Love it!!

Great location right opposite the marina with a balcony overlooking the promenade. Very close to some amazing restaurants and the old town. Lots of food and drink choices. The apartment was very clean, a really good size and we had everything we needed including towels, very nice fresh and clean bedding, comfy beds (firm, which I like). Pilar, the owner, recommended some great places to eat and was very helpful with offering to arrange taxi's etc to the airport but without being too intrusive - we were even able to get into the apartment early to leave our bags as we had an early flight.

Loved the big sunny balcony overlooking the promenade . Liked the large living space with dining and relaxing areas . Location was perfect. Close to excellent restaurants. Host was very friendly and helpful and reacted quickly to any problems.

We have stayed before but the property now has a new balcony which was amazing. Great view from the balcony and the apartment is at the centre of everything with the beach only a 5 minute walk away.

Great apartment in a wonderful city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, has a large balcony which faces south overlooking the marina and is surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. (We particularly liked Teselas, Santi for seafood and Terraza del Gourmet for light meals.) Pilar, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. We liked it so much we stayed on for a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Water in fridge on arrival. Beach towels, toiletries & coffee pods supplied. Air conditioning Netflix & Amazon prime. Host messaged on a number of occasions checking if everything was ok & offering assistance.

We had a late arrival, around 1:15am, and were met at the door! Appreciated the information shared prior to and during our stay. The location is fabulous with easy access to beach, marina, town, restaurants, and casino! The box of chocolates and snacks were also a nice welcoming touch. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Everything you need, and more was available. The morning sunrise from the balcony, and the beach, is majestic! Pilar was friendly and informative and was only a text message away if needed (but everything was perfect). Definitely recommend if you are visiting Alicante. Thanks Pilar for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.
