Beautiful apartment. Great location. Communication excellent. Great stay for the new year celebrations. Apartment was spotlessly clean . Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Absolutely everything you would need . We arranged airport pick up with Julian and communications were excellent. Location is fantastic beach and waterfront 1 minute walk and city centre restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Would recommend 100%. Great stay. Thanks to Julian for his help with everything.

The apartment was super clean and it’s located close to the beach and the main pedestrian street. Great location! The host was super nice and ready to assist with everything you may need.

The apartment was perfect. The location couldn’t have been any better, it was close to all of the sights and the beach. It was immaculate and had everything you needed. It is a big apartment, so as there were four adults in our family party, every one had space. The air con desertes a mention ,was super efficient. Juliián who manages the property was very accommodating, and his communication was first class informing us of events happening in the city. He did everything with a smile.

The apartment was lovely, big airy space, beds very comfortable, had everything there we needed which made a big difference, even added complimentary wine, beer and water, is in a great location, central for beach and restaurants. Alicante is such a beautiful vibrant city , Juliane welcomed us at the apartment, they took us to the airport for €30, which was good. I might have missed it in the small print but there was a deposit of €300 cash which we didn’t account for at the start of our holiday which was returned to us on checking out.

“A fabulous apartment in a great location”

The apartment was big and comfortable with everything that needed for the stay. We travelled with our adult son and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a real plus. The location is superb, 5 mins walk from the front and really close to the old town. Everything was spotless and clean.

The owner met us at the airport (we had booked and paid for him to collect us), which worked very smoothly. He then showed us to the underground garage and where to park when we collected our hire car later in the week. He then showed us to the apartment, let us in and explained everything about the apartment, which was very helpful. The apartment itself was in a perfect location, so easy to get to the beach, the old town, the lovely harbour area, the castle, the bars and restaurants and everything there was to see in the city. The view was OK (you could just see the sea), the kitchen was great, the bedroom very comfortable and there was lift access, which was perfect. TV and wifi worked very well. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Aliante. We've been to several places in Spain for some winter sun, and this holiday was the best so far, by a long way, both in terms of the apartment itself and all that Alicante has to offer. We will be sure to return.

A, short stay for a us two couples, wish we had stayed longer. Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean, excellent location. Couldn't fault communication as we wanted to arrange airport pickup. On time and very helpful, shown facilities in the apartment. Would definitely have no hesitation in booking this apartment again in the future.

Close to the ocean and old Town. Easy walking distance to everything. Underground parking is available half a block away for a minimal fee. Our host Julian was great. Friendly helpful and spoke English.

Very good contact with Julian, the manager. You are in the very centre of Alicante The apartament seems to be newly renovated to improve: Parking - no info if it is available before reservation. It should be clearly written in the info before you put reservation

This is a high quality apartment in a perfect location. It was clean, modern and very well equipped. The owners were really accommodating, let us check in early and turned up on time to check us out even though it was early on a Sunday morning. I thoroughly recommend this apartmnet.
