“Almost good”
The apartment in the center of Alicante is really spacious — it can easily accommodate two families. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the location is very convenient: you can walk to the coastline in about 20 minutes.

The location is very good, only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The supermarket only 5 minutes away. The apartment had everything we needed.

“Stay Away From This Listing !!”
the house is nothing like the photos, it's smaller, dirty, and there's exposed mouldy plumbing in the terrace, the toilet roof got some weird black dots that look like mold, the shower sides are dirty and rusty, if you're allergic don't come near this house, and the air conditioner got a weird smell coming out of it. i booked it for a week and i couldn't even spend the night and got out to book a hotel. 0/10 stay away !

“Nice "noisy" apartment”
The apartment was really great, very good location from the city center. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. There is a washing machine, the apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). The hosts were very nice, wine and snacks are offered.

“It has a home feeling to it.”
The host was very nice and helpful. We had a long delay arriving from a long trip by car and it was not a problem as David was so nice into waiting and checking on our arrival time. The parking in the street is free but not very easy to find as it was a long holiday weekend but on that too David was kind enough to help us out. All in all the apartment is simple without any luxury but it was perfect for our holiday.
