The apartment is in a fantastic location - walking distance to the beach and many amazing places to eat. The apartment itself was stylish, light and spacious - we felt happy and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly warm and friendly and although it was just my husband and I staying.... it would also be perfect for 4 people. Thank you much for a great experience.

Great location, quiet and peaceful. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. It’s very convenient to have two bathrooms, especially with children. The beach, cafés, and restaurants are very close. The owner is an exceptionally kind and welcoming person, always available, helped us find good places to eat and recommended beaches. In short, it’s a pleasure to deal with such people

“Lovely central appartment in Alicante.”
Appartment was in a great central location (easy to get airport bus to bus station then walk 7 minutes to flat). Flat very light with big living room/ kitchenette area and two bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers (good water pressure) Very quiet including at night. Jorge the owner communicated very well with us and sent restaurant tips etc. The appartment was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed Alicante (wine tour, day trip to Altea, Central market, San Juan beach and all the yummy tapas bars and restaurants). We were very happy with our accommodation.

Great communication from Jorge both before and during our stay. Apartment is in a great location for exploring Alicante, close to the port and beach but also easy access to the city. Very comfortable and well equipped. Nicely styled interior and a lovely touch of providing a bottle of cava for our first night!

Lovely, friendly and accessible owner who was always available to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and clean and the two bathrooms were great. Very central, only a short walk to the sea front and the town, yet very quiet. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Location was perfect. Just 1k from the beach and the old town by way of a lovely walk on the esplanade, next to the harbor. The appartment was clean, bright and very tastefully decorated.

Due to our late arrival, the shop we could collect the key from, was closed, but the problem was soon solved. Even if we did not meet the host in person, he was always available and answered every question within a few minutes. We also got lots of recommendations for restaurants and a lot of other useful information. The flat is close to the port and in a very quiet area. You need about 5-10 minutes either to the next bus stop, to the tram, the Esplanada or to the city centre which is thriving with life. The flat itself is very spacious and tastefully furnished. It's great that there are two bathrooms so you do not have to share it if you stay there with just another person. The apartment is on the 6th floor, which is reachable with an elevator. Sometimes the doors were not that easy to open (all together you need 4 keys from the front gate to the door of the flat) but with some experience you know which key is for which door. ;-) In a nutshell, it was a comfortable, quiet and nice place to stay at.
