It had all the basics, plus the balcony, nice views (if you’re above 7-8 floor). If below - it’s a horrible car park. Comfortable bed.

The apartment was in a great location. It was a comfortable room with all necessary equipment and amenities. It was compact but had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again. The view from the windows overlooking the city is breathtaking.

Stayed in a studio apartment for 7dys which was well stocked with coffee pods, tea bags sugar salt herbs also washing machine pods. Extremely comfortable bed and a good large walk in shower. I was on the 8th floor so you had a good view from the spacious balcony over rooftops of the sea so no other building in front of you.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a fantastic central location. Has air conditioning and fast wifi. Microwave, toaster, coffee machine, TV, etc all included. Bed is comfortable and shower is good. We found complementary tea, coffee, sugar and bottled water.

Great value for money. Convenient location. We really appreciated that upon arrival there was a bottle of water and two beers in the fridge. We arrived late, the shops were already closed, and after a long flight, that thoughtful gesture meant a lot. The balcony had a nice view, and we even saw fireworks from it two nights in a row.

Really nice apartment and very clean! There were a few scratches here and there, and the door to the balcony couldn't close completely in the room we got so it gets cold quickly. But luckily there is a temperature generator that can heat the apartment well. Get a lot for the money. So all in all we are very satisfied and we would be very happy to visit it again another time!

“Excelent stay in Alicante”

We were very impressed about the cleanliness of the apartment, we didn't see any speck of dust so they do deep clean everytime. Our apartment was spacious and had lots of amenities, a perfect choice if you want to cook and a perfect bed for sleep. The balcony was big enough as well, with stunning views of the city facing directly to the sea, but also to Santa Barbara castle. Easy acces into the 30-floor building without any key, fast lifts and just a code to enter the apartment. We recommend Lukentum Suites for visiting Alicante and surroundings, it is close to many shops, bus stations, restaurants and Luceros tram station and Alicante railway station are within few minutes walk from the accomodation.

The apartment is located in the perfect spot. Literally 5 minutes walk from city centre, so you don’t hear any noises. There is everything you need. All appliances are there. Comfy bed, WiFi etc.
