Great stay in central of Alicante. The room as pictures and everything worked fine. This is not a hotel more like an apartment stay with external great breakfast.

We had a warm reception and picked up the keys at the reception desk. The location was a bit difficult to find because the apartment address corresponded to the pharmacy around the corner. When we walked into the pharmacy to ask, the nice young pharmacist took the time to walk us outside to show us exactly where the entrance was. We loved the high ceilings and the spotlessly clean apartment. It was quiet once we closed the very substantial window shutters. Everything worked well - there is a fully equipped little kitchen, but we opted for the delicious Madness Coffee Cafe downstairs for breakfast! The shower was a bit small for a big apartment, but you could tell it was a renovation - plenty of hot water and air conditioning - nice towels and sheets - everything you would like to feel at home. Great neighborhood! Easy walking to the castle, the beach, the esplanade, many, many restaurants - museums - all just minutes away - the Mercat! The T-station - just 10 minutes away on foot. No car necessary (or really, possible) in this neighborhood. We liked it a lot and recommend it. Breakfasts at the Madness Coffee restaurant downstairs were delicious - and they have a great lunch menu too!

Location was perfect, no need to hire a car, we only went for a 3 day break, the apartment was excellent to explore the town and still be local to the beach.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The sleeping comfort was outstanding – the bed and bedding were simply exceptional, ensuring a perfect night's rest. The interior design was elegant yet understated, with every detail thoughtfully chosen and incredibly tasteful. The spacious rooms and common areas created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, and we felt fantastic throughout our stay. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a great start to each day. On top of that, the location was excellent and made exploring the area very convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful old building right in the centre of the city close to everything. Fabulous windows/doors with Juliette balcony onto a pedestrian street. Just so unique. Lovely bed, lounge area and small kitchen with all necessities.

This accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect — we were able to visit the main attractions on foot. The sea, the airport transfer bus stop, restaurants and cafés are all close by. The room was very clean and perfectly equipped. The building itself is also beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. • I read in other reviews that it can be noisy. Since the accommodation is located right in the heart of the city centre, it is naturally not the quietest place. However, it did not bother us at all. We slept perfectly well and felt fully rested every night. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone!
