“Great Apartment with Spacious Terrace”
- Helpful and informative Host - Paula - Clean property - 2x Air condition - Fairly close to the city centre ( 20 min walking ) ( 5 -7min by bus ) - bus stop is 3 min walking from the apartment €1.40pp - Close to a supermarket ( 10 min walk - Mercadona ) - Designated Car park underneath the apartment - Very nice terrace ( highlight of the property ) - You have everything you need (hairdryer, iron, kitchen and bathroom stuff etc) Definitely reccommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s penthouse and can’t recommend her enough. She was an amazing host—extremely hospitable with great communication from start to finish. Paula offered helpful tips on local attractions and the best ways to get around Alicante, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace—ideal for relaxing in the morning or unwinding in the evening. Paula’s warmth and support really made the experience special. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante!

“Low standard furniture, Low quality kitchen equipment.”
Run down apartment, needs desperate upgrading by the owner in equipment and furniture, specially bedside lights are a health hazard very dangerous.
