Polite and helpful staff. Location is great, at walking distance from a wide beach and beautiful seaside restaurants. The hotel is carefully curated. Our room was very nicely decorated and functional. The pool area is great, and can also be enoyed on the day of the checkout, making use of the convenient showers located on the main floor. We did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, but it looks very nice and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are quiet, luminous and carefully clean. We had a spacious terrace with a great view, and the electronic safebox and kettle for preparing coffe or tea are greatly appreciated. There is a convenient tram nearby to reach the Alicante or Benidorm city center in around 20minutes

We have had a nice room with panoramic view of San Juan beach. Great location with the beach across the tram line. Very good breakfast.

“Enjoyable, staff, room am”

The staff. The hotel was in a bit of a quiet area. It didn’t appear to have any evening entertainment so very quiet on the premises in the evening. To travel to Alicante in the evening it was €20 minimum in a taxi. Magnificent local beach, well looked after and not as cramped as some in the area. Quality beach restaurants but operate only morning to late afternoon.

Lovely property. Helpful staff especially the bar lady I think her name was Fernandez. Beautiful pool areas with plenty of sunbeds and pool bar. More or less on the beach. Great location

Great staff especially Alexandria who was very helpful and friendly. It felt like a small and friendly boutique style hotel..There are lovely relaxation areas outside and inside. The .Pool area was fabulous.
