Thank you Pamela for all of your help & advice - we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with convenient access from Alicante Airport. Public transport, including bus and tram stops, is located directly outside, and the apartment offers impressive sea views from the balcony. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Pam was a welcoming and helpful host, providing clear communication and useful local recommendations. The apartment is on the top floor with lift access, includes parking, and is ideally situated opposite the beach with easy access to public transport and taxis.

The apartment is on the 14th floor with excellent panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The location is close to good tram and bus services and so it is a good base to explore Alicante and other towns along the coast. Highly recommend obtaining a Multi Viaje card from the Luceros station. There is gated parking on site and although spaces are not allocated we never had trouble finding a space. The hostess, Pamela is extremely helpful and informative with excellent English.

Pamela was amazing and met us on site to check in and show us where everything is. Apartment was on the top floor (with a lift) so the views were amazing plus there was parking!! Beach was over the road and so was the tram station, bus stop and taxis. So location was amazing.

Great location. Easily accessible by bus from Alicante airport. Local bus and tram stop outside. Lovely view from the balcony over the sea. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-equipped apartment in Alicante. The location is perfect – just a short walk to both the bus and tram stops, and within 10-15 minutes on foot to Lidl and Mercadona, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the living room – being on the 14th floor, you get a breathtaking panorama of the sea and surrounding area. Pamela, the host, was absolutely lovely – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this place in Spain! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED! Our host was so kind and even picked us up from the airport because we had a problem with our transport. That was very helpful and made us feel welcome right away! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and EVERYTHING SMELLED FRESH – the rooms, the towels, and the bed sheets. We had everything we needed during our stay. The LOCATION WAS PERFECT – very close to the city center and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Our host was always available, answered all our questions, gave us great tips, and helped us with everything. Both the host was super friendly, positive, and very helpful. The view from the window was breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We truly loved everything and would rate this place 1000/10!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT and would love to come back again and again and again!!!!!!!!!!

Our host Pamela was exceptionally helpful, assisting with our first shopping outing and arranging to take us to the airport for the return flight. Her English was excellent and there were no issues with communication. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The outlook and sea views from the Lounge and balcony were great. Also, it was very easy to catch the tram from the apartment to the beach and/or City Centre and Pamela was kind enough to provide a timetable.

Lovely location, close to the tram. Very clean and tidy. Quiet. Safe parking. Beautiful views of the beach, hills and the city. Very good commication with the owner, especially with check in and out.. I highly recommend visiting.
