“Lovely apartment.”
Beautiful apartment with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Within walking distance of local shops & restaurants and close to tram stop for access to Alicante city. Manuel was an excellent host, a lovely gentleman, always on hand to offer advice and have a chat. We really enjoyed our stay.

The "Exceptional apartment at LOFT a pie de beach en CHALET ROQUETES" is a great place to stay and relax. The host, Manuel, is a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful. The apartment's location was really nice, right on the beach with amazing view of the sea. Good and quiet place to rest and explore the surrounding area, San Juan, Alicante. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Manuel for your hospitality !

This place is a real gem, Manuel goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need whilst giving space to fully relax on holiday. The location is beautiful, close enough to the centre to explore but far enough away to experience the beautiful beaches and tranquility. . “Fantastic location”
Manuel was an excellent host, very friendly, and provided us with all of the information we needed ahead of our arrival and during our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Having beach access right on our doorstep was convenient, and beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas- were provided. Fantastic view from the rooftop and patio area. We were also close to plenty of amenities, like supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops and the tram line. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and host.

“Amazing location, we had the best time!”
Manuel was a fantastic host. He is helpful, kind and very generous. We loved the apartment, the location was perfect and we can't fault anything. If I'm being picky, then I'd say the pillows on the bed weren't that comfortable, but with everything else being so amazing, the pillows were fine 😂. Thanks Manuel, we would love to visit again in the future!
