“Clean and comfortable studio, close to the train station”

Surprisingly spacious studio. Everything you need for a short stay. Close enough to the train station. Well thought out layout. No major complaints

This isn't our first time staying at these apartments. They're clean and comfortable, the owner is incredibly charming, taking care of us, and everything we need is there. We've learned to use the bus, and the slight distance to the sea doesn't bother us. You can barely hear the train nearby. The bed is comfortable and the linens are clean. All the necessary utensils for cooking are provided. Thanks again to Anya!

This is the best apartment you’ll find for this price. The host is very kind and polite, and she will provide everything you need. The apartment is clean and cozy. All the amenities were there – they even left coffee capsules and water in the fridge for us. Absolutely everything was provided. 10/10, highly recommend!

I am absolutely completely happy. This is among the very most comfortable and well equipped apartments that I've had the pleasure to stay in. Even with a slight booking error (entirely my own fault) the host was gracious and accommodating in working out a last minute solution.

The studio is super comfortable and equipped with everything you need! There is a nice big sofa and modern tv with a bis screen. The kitchen is perfect, I did not miss a single thing. You have a big fridge and freezer, a microwave, a nespresso machine, toaster and boiler… There even was a washing machine and dryer!! I was absolutely amazed. The bed is super comfortable and everything was so clean. The bed sheets and towels smelled super fresh and I felt at home from minute one. The Appartement is on ground floor but still there is a lot of light and cozy warmth! You can use the automatic window shields for complete privacy and darkness at night. Furthermore Ana was such a super friendly and respectful host and person, checking in on me if I was okay. I really appreciated that! I will definitely come back soon! Thank you four all your kindness!

“Spacious apartment, caring hostess”

I liked the apartment, you can't hear the noise from the train, a comfortable wide bed, a kitchen with everything you need to cook, even vegetable oil, sugar, salt, spices, a Spar-market is very close, and two other markets are a little further away, a TV with YouTube, you can wash clothes, there is a drying rack, a very caring hostess, and a good Wi-Fi connection with her.

It is a nice big apartment, very good communication with the host. good working free wifi and additional heater in shower. Easy access to keys and flexible time for arrival and departure

We had the best time staying at Ana's. She's a great hostess. Super confortable bed and sofa. We had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and will come back!

“Perfect!”

Estudio Acogedor Renfe is quite close to the city center (15 minutes walking). In the neighborhood there are different shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The apartment is clean and well equipped (stovetop, washing machine, fridge, kitchen tools, coffee machine, towels, soap)… we found it very comfortable! We easily found a free parking spot in the street. The owner has been very nice and available to help us.

I stay in a lot of different places because of my work (an international performer), and I'm used to places writing down all kinds of facilities just so they can list them - "washing machine, equipped kitchen" etc., and then when you come you see that everything is minimal. That was not the case here - this lovely studio apartment was created with love, and obviously is being used occasionally by the owner himself or people he cares for, because everything was excellently designed and furnished, with care for details. The kitchen was truly fully equipped with everything from stove to oven to toaster etc. There were lots of power outlets everywhere, a small lamp by the bed, lots of storage space, a huge TV (which was irrelevant for me since I don't watch TV, but it was markedly different from so many other places where they say "TV in room" and put something the size of a tablet), sophisticated automatic shutters etc. Truly a marvellous place.

“Make you feel like you are at home with your family”

The host, Anna is a very kind and caring person. She looked after us very well during our stay. We fell sick at the midnight on our first night. Anna helped us to call a taxi and stayed up to wait for the taxi and communicated with the taxi driver to ensure us to get to the hospital. That sort of help is definitely more important than any other things when you are in a strange country. We can't thank you enough for Anna and her family's help. For the apartment, it is spacious and at great location to access to main train station and catch airport bus. There are also a supermarket, pharmacy and a few local restaurants to provide a delicious food at very reasonable price.

“A perfect place to stay in Alicante”

I thought the property was excellent. It was very spacious, was exceptionally well equipped and we perfect for our stay. The car park was brilliant and all the instructions about how to get to property, how to park and how to enter we excellent. We met the host Anna twice and she was super friendly and helpful. If we go back to Alicante we would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable place with really good location in city centre

Ana the host very friendly and helpful. Good location, we could eat out at a variety of places within a few minutes walk, we were able to park nearby which was handy, we walked to the seafront in 20 minutes. The studio is well equipped and a longer stay would make use of it's facilities.
