Easy for a late night arrival in Alicante

The price-quality ratio is perfect, everything was thoughtfully planned, we didn't even see our neighbors, the hosts responded quickly and were always accommodating, it is especially valuable now. Next time we come, we'll definitely stay here, if rooms are available, of course.

“Comfortable, convenient, clean!”

Upon arrival, we were impressed with how clean the room was. The facilities are great with a kitchen and bathrooms for guests, as well as a sofa area and balcony. Our room was comfortable for the two nights we were there and had everything we needed. The location was great - right next to the market so easy walking distance to the main sights and beach. Especially impressive for such a low price per night. The host was also super kind and helpful with helping to package up and send some belongings accidentally left behind, going above and beyond to help.

I really enjoyed my time here! It’s clear that hygiene is a top priority, as both the room and the bathroom were absolutely spotless. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing earplugs (even though I didn't need them). The bathroom was fully stocked with everything you could need: shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. A very comfortable and well-prepared stay. Highly recommend!

the host was very attentive and kind. (: i received detailed information about how to access the accommodation, and they were available on whatsapp. what i found especially thoughtful was the complimentary earplugs — although i didn’t end up needing them, as the room was quiet and I wasn’t cold either.

The appartment is very pleasing in all aspects! It is very clean and cosy! The beds are so comfortable😍 Every room has an aircon, so it was possible to adjust the room temp for most comfortable sleep. The bathrooms super clean and have all you need! The location is superb! The beach, the castle, the market, and mercadona foodshop - everything within a as short walking distance! The check in and checkout is very straightforward and easy! The host Dani is most obliging and very helpful ❤️ The caretaker Francesco is pure gold♥️

“Amazing hostel! Highly recommended!”

Very kind and helpful owner. The room was cozy, and the walls are thick, so you can’t hear what’s going on in the neighboring rooms. Everything was extremely clean — you can really tell that the place is cleaned several times a day. The kitchen is very well equipped: coffee, tea, cookies, and even a tap with drinking water. In the fridge, each room has its own container. There is also a living room and a balcony where you can sit and relax. Upon guests’ request, umbrellas, blankets (including beach blankets), books, sunscreen, and many other useful items are available. The room has working air conditioning and a power outlet next to the bed. The location is perfect, and the price is excellent. Highly recommended!

“a lot of amenities, property in the city centre, owner was kind and prepared for the guests”

Good location, easy to get to the beach etc and has plenty of stores around for groceries as well as restaurants and bars. Staff really nice as well, my best friend accidentally locked us out of the room and we were able to get in contact and get back in within minutes. They also let us check in earlier as the room was ready which was amazing as I was sick with a fever and needed the bed so that worked out perfect.
