“Authentic cosy old town Casita”
The charming Casita is located in the quiet authentic uphill old town neighbourhood. Everything is reachable on foot: the Central Market (7 min), Postiguet beach (12 min), tram station (5 min), grocery shop (5min). It only takes 20 minutes to reach San Juan beach by tram, which we personally preferred, as it's more extensive and not so crowded. The Casita has many nice design elements and also everything you need for a cosy homestay. In mid-July we appreciated the beach parasol, the bedroom AC and the large fan for the kitchen while you cook and dine. The views from the rooftop terrace, bedroom and reading room are really majestic.

Casita Kunterbunt is so unique! Both inside and outside it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The rooftop terrace has the most amazing view, and the outdoor fridge and barbecue made everything so much easier. We definitely want to come back next year :)

“It was amazing spending relaxing time in the casita. We visited all Alicante strating from there.”
The casita is a lovely town house in which you can find everything you need easily. The position is good: quietly but pretty close to the sea, and you can reach every point of interest in Alicante.

No handrails on 3 flights of stairs.Every surface with clutter,bathroom without soap holder TV not working.No drawer space.Had to decamp to a hotel.Spent ⁴nights in alternative location.

The location and views were fabulous. Close to Central Market. The fridge on the terrace was so handy. It was great that there were coffee pods and milk provided with our late arrival. The host and Tony responded quickly and dealt with any issues immediately. Their tips were brilliant.
