Cozy semi-attached house with balcony, small but surprisingly well equipped kitchen - it has really everything except apple peeler :) 2 bathrooms with shower and tube. Very close to tram, 5 minutes walk to Lidl and Mercadona. 5 minutes to the beach. Free parking available outside on the street (end of April). Helpful guest.

Amazing place, close to the supermarket and the beach. Not very touristic, which is a plus to me. Train lines are super helpful to reach the center. Self check in was great too, comfortable. Perfect for two, also can work with 3-4. I would come back to this accomodation again.

Great value for the money, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Good restaurant (Maduro) and beach nearby. Parking was free adound the area. Perfecr location and better option than a hotel. Would recommend 👌

Great location with easy access to beach and supermarkets. Not far from airport and easily accessible transport links practically on the doorstep. Lovely walks in the area. Apartment contained everything you need for a weeks stay. Toiletries provided which is an added bonus when travelling light. Ample hot water and great water pressure. Washing machine a great asset. Good communication from host, Clara, and the reception from her daughter on arrival at the property was very warm and welcoming and she was very helpful. Everything was spotless inside. Comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you!

house very clean, functional and nicely decorated. you can feel the atmosphere. all the necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment. we were the whole family and everyone was happy. location in a very quiet area with easy access to grocery stores, cafes and restaurants and the beach and not far from the center. contact with the owner ... perfect. wonderful woman. helpful, nice and communicative and that is appreciated. with hand on heart I give a rating of 10/10. I especially recommend this place to families with children. thank you again for everything. Rafał with families.

The house is really nice, with a modern finish and a nice touch of a few items of old furniture. Everything is well equipped, really convenient. We loved the balcony from the bedroom to have morning coffee in. Also, the showers are great (yes, there are two of them).

It is a beautiful, renovated and clean Appartement. Very conveniently located. You have great places to eat close by and easy access to the bus and trams. The Restaurant Puerto Madero is a MUST! Only 1 Minute walk away, one of the best tasting food near by! Clara was very helpful with all our needs. Easy and friendly to communicate. They even thought about putting towels to use for the beach... simply brillant! We will definately come here again. Loved it!! 😍

Lovely property with everything you would need. Great AC, great showers and cute little kitchen. Ideal for family. The host is very friendly and very responsive. She kingly set up the baby cot as she knew we were arriving late. 5min walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby (book ahead) We will come back!

it’s a lovely clean house with lots of room for 4 people. clean and everything we needed. Clara is the perfect host, she was always available when we had questions.

Fantastic location, tram stop literally on the next road from property as well as a big supermarket. house is decorated beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Wi-Fi is fantastic in the house. The area is quiet so no noise at night to worry about if you are light sleepers. The local beach is lovely, you can hire sunbeds and there is a nice restaurant on the beach that has a lovely fresh fish or burgers and chips if that’s more you thing. they also serve cocktails and will bring them to your sunbeds for you. Host was super friendly and was available for any questions we might have had. We managed to communicate well with Google translate.

“Great casita and great hosts!”

The casita is wonderful: there's everything you need in there. It's very comfortable, clean, full of light, and the hosts left us some products (coffee, biscuits, fruits) which was very nice of them. If you feel hot there is an air conditioning in there. The beach is very close - just a 7 min walk and it's clean, not crowded. Not far from the house you can find tram station, bus stops, some cervecerias to have dinner in. The hosts are just wonderful - very pleasant, open people, who are willing to make your vacation unforgettable. We will definitely come back once more! P.S. Keep in mind that the hosts don't speak English :) But their daughter helped us to communicate.
