Fantastic location, surrounded by restaurants about 400m from the marina and maybe 600m from the beach. Very quiet could not hear the busy street from our apartment at all. Very lovely private and quiet pool.

“Beautiful apartment in a perfect location”
Genuinely couldn’t think of a nicer place to stay for our short break in Alicante. The location was perfect, everything was clean, there was air conditioning and it was so comfy! We arrived late in the evening, and the check in desk wasn’t open but they were so helpful in getting us access to our room with no issues. We will definitely be back in the future during our next trip.

“Excellent short stay”
Absolutely lovely apartment, clean and spacious in a very good central location. Added bonus of rooftop area with sunloungers. Accommodating for leaving bags when early arrival and room was then ready prior to normal.check in time. Would definitely recommend

Excelent location in the very center. New furniture, recently renovated building. Elevator. Quiet. Safe. 8 minutes to the beach on foot.
