Good location, nice balcony.

The apartment is nice, with two separate bedrooms. The location is perfect, close to everything I wanted to visit in Alicante. I would visit this place again!

Location was brilliant, the host was very nice and helpful apart from I got stuck in the lift and couldn’t get any help, and had to get myself out as the lift was stuck between floors,being on the 8th floor was a lot of stairs to climb

Amazing stay with a beautiful view of Santa Bárbara Castle from the room. The apartment was spacious and clean, with great access to restaurants, the beach, and public transport. The staff were very helpful and handled the key exchange and baby cot preparation smoothly and professionally. The Wi-Fi also worked very well throughout our stay. Our whole family would happily stay here again.

“This is a great, central, convenient and quiet apartment”

Location was excellent, right in the centre of restaurants, bars, shops. We were on level 7, with a fabulous large balcony at the front overlooking the Rambla and a small balcony on the side looking at the Santa Barbara fortress. A lift up to the appointment was a godsend. You're in a big city, right in the busy area with busses, taxies, mopeds etc using the road below. So sitting on the balcony is the noise of a vibrant city. But, believe me, when the patio doors and windows are closed the noise 99% disappears, even on Fri and Sat night, it's amazing. The facilities are pretty good. The Aircon/heating is good and does either very well. When we arrived we found the kitchen mixer tap was loose. We reported it and was fixed within 20mins. Communication with BN Suites was excellent. The double bed was excellent, we slept really well. Can't comment on the twin beds. In the kitchen there's a 4 place hob and a microwave, no oven. It didn't bother us as we only used the kettle as we ate out at mealtimes, apart from cereal breakfasts. If you want warm snacks in the room there's plenty of nearby places to get them and take them back. There's also a fridge, kettle and what looks like a nearly new washer dryer. The rain shower was good and there was plenty of hot water for 2 to shower, the hot water didn't run cold.The whole place was very clean. We arrived on a Saturday and there was a fashion show in the closed street below, by the Sunday morning the stage and seating had been removed. See picture.

We had an amazing stay at this place. It had everything we needed and was very close to the beach. It was in the main centre of the city, close to restaurants and key places. Highly recommended!

Good Location, warm welcome. Nicely furnished. The kitchen area was adequately equipped with pots pans and crockery and the coffee machine, with a couple of pods was very welcome on our arrival. We were very comfortable.

“Apartment below expectations: definitely not worth the price/quality ratio”

For the first time, we stayed in an apartment that did not meet our expectations at all. The biggest issue was hygiene: there was dust everywhere, and the apartment did not feel clean at all. Dust was clearly visible on the floor and in several other areas. In addition, the apartment is very outdated, which is noticeable in the bathroom, the doors and the sofa. We chose the apartment partly because of the balcony and the view, but this was disappointing. The balcony is practically unusable: the street is very busy, the view overlooks construction work and another apartment building, and there were no chairs or a table to sit on (even though these were shown in the photos, apparently they are not available on every floor). The mattresses are very hard, and the pillows are extremely small. During the cold month of November, we were only provided with a sheet to cover ourselves at night. Although blankets were available in the closet, they did not have duvet covers, which is unhygienic and unpleasant to use. The cutlery, pans, and cups in the kitchen were also very outdated. Overall, it is clear that the apartment is not maintained with care. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, and have a good night sleep, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I uploaded four additional photos showing the dust and dirt in the apartment. I tried several times, but unfortunately somehow they don’t seem to appear in the review.
