View onto beach -amazing. Clean and well equipped apartment, and great host.

The apartment was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Saber the host was very helpful 👌. Apartment had easy access to a great beach. Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. Local shops 10 minute walk.

It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the location was fantastic. It’s very close to the beach (a few minutes to cross from the property to get there), the tram station is also in a few mins walking distance from the property so it was easy to get around. The location is particularly great because you are quickly in Alicante itself but can also take the tram and be at the longer beach of San Juan if you prefer it over the beach close to the property. There are also some great restaurants close by.

We don't as a rule leave reviews, but felt we had to in this case. This was the most spotlessly clean and modern apartment we have ever stayed in, and we go away 2/3 times a year. The view from the 11th floor balcony, over the Albufereta beach and sea is spectacular. Our perfect host, Saber, had the time to collect us from, and returned us to, Alicante airport (€25 ew), and allowed us to use his two beach chairs & parasol for the beach below. We arrived to find a bowl of fruit, and chocolates, milk & water in the fridge. Btw, the photos on the website depict exactly the standard of fixtures & furnishings. Trams/Busses practically outside the front for trips to other beaches or towns, or into Alicante (10 mins) & Bendorm (1 hr) - no car needed. Mercadona supermarket on 12 mins walk or one tram stop. The view was amazing, everything was close, all attractions could be reached within half an hour by public transport. Saber, the host, is simply fantastically kind and helpful, we received a really warm and kind welcome with little surprises and attention. A ten-point rating is not enough here, because it deserves at least ten times ten points! <3 Saber made our stay golden <3

Saber was fantastic. He met us at the airport and drove us for a very modest price. He also very thoughtfully had a public transporation card ready, which will be of especially useful for those coming to Alicante for the first time. His friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for the stay. We have been renting apts and villas for over twenty years in Spain, Italy, and Greece and we agreed that Saber is among the very best hosts. The closeness to the tram stop where 4 of the 5 lines stop is terrific. Access to the beach with a passage under the main street between the building and the beach is very handy. The apartment has all the basics one could expect. Wifi worked excellently. Nice large refrigerator - freezer. We found various large supermarkets and other facilities using Google maps - the very closest markets cover basics, but within a 10+ minute walk extremely well stocked supermarkets are available, open 7 days a week.

Great location, 5 mins tram journey away from Alicante centre. Mercadona only 10-15 mins away.

This apartment is really convenient. We loved the location just outside the center and so close to the beach! The parking lot is so practical! The sea view is simply beautiful. Our host was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again!

Saber and his family, were such lovely host, they were very helpful answering all questions and assisting in all they could. Especially when I had questions about parking and when I accidentally left items behind on check out. The apartment is in a quiet complex, it's newly renovated, well presented, immaculately clean, with good wifi, and has all the ammenities a family, couple or solo traveller, could need. Saber and his family made the check in / out process, and collecting the keys very easy. They were very helpful showing me around the apartment and explain where all the local places of interest were. Saber was very amiable when I asked to alter my check in time, and extend my stay due to flight changes. Saber and his partner offered transportation to and from the apartment, which I didn't require, however I am sure it would be as efficient and friendly as the rest of their service. The ready supplied fruit bowl, chocolates, milk and bottled water were a warm welcome on arrival. It is an easy walk to nearby cafe's, restaurants and 15 walk to the Mercadona (supermarket). Public transport to Alicante and Campello are a few minutes walk and easy to use, especially as Saber supplied a local public transport card. The beach is family friendly and safe for small children to paddle in. Don't let the external view of the apartment building or of those near by deter you. The neighbours greet you with a friendly "hola y "buenos", even the quaint older elevators which they are in the process of replacing and work very well are delightful. If the subtle hum of the traffic from the street below starts to impede in your tranquility up on the 11th floor, slide the balcony close for a while and continue to enjoy the idyllic sea view. Meals on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset on the Mediterranean are a delight.
