The location is truly excellent. Central to absolutely everything, shops, cafes, restaurants and a mere 5 mins to the beach. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The welcome beer and water were greatly appreciated, such a small touch but means a lot. Everything you need is in the apartment. Excellent communication too and very clear in instruction. Fantastic little bar on the street downstairs very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Had read reviews about the noise but we stayed midweek and didn't hear a thing.

The location is amazing! The apartment is generally very nice, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay, though it feels a bit cramped for three people. Loved the balconies! While technical issues with the booking app caused delays in receiving messages, Xavi was incredibly helpful and ensured a smooth, quick check-in process. The ability to store luggage after check-out was also greatly appreciated.

The property was extremely well prepared and very well furnished. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, washing detergent, and a clothes dryer. After a long journey, it was a lovely surprise to find cold water and beer left for us by the owner, a very thoughtful touch, thank you. The location is excellent, very close to the Old Town, the Alicante palm promenade, and the shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very clean apartment, and an extremely easy check-in process. We especially appreciated not having to worry about physical keys and instead having a code for entry. The lockers for leaving luggage after check-out were also very convenient and helpful. Another big plus was the amazing restaurant right in front of the entrance perfect if you arrive late. The food was phenomenal, and they were still serving meals at 10 PM, which was a lifesaver after traveling. Overall, a very comfortable and stress-free stay. We would happily come back!
