“Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city!”

Excellent flat with a stupendous sea view. The flat is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and with lovely touches to make us welcome. We were met at the door and the owner helped arrange a transfer from the airport.

“Perfect penthouse for accessing the beach and city of Alicante”

The location was fantastic. It was the perfect location for easily accessing the beach and was a short distance from the main areas of Alicante such as the castle, the Marina and the Explanada de España main promenade. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped which made our stay even better. Nico the host was very welcoming and responsive to any request we had. We have stayed in Alicante a number of times but this apartment was the best one we have experienced.

Location is great. View is super. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Exceptional parking (5 meters from apt entrance, private, locked door). Double A/C units.

Nico was a great host and very concerned about our needs and expectations. Atico Atalaya is a very special place with a perfect location. We spent great days in the penthouse with our two children. Although it is only one bedroom, the couch is very comfortable and the appartment easily fits a family of four. Thank you Nico, for your hospitality.

What we want to point out is that this is the perfect stay if you have a dog. Nico is a dog lover and makes sure also the dog has a wonderful stay. The appartment is very dog friendly and has an elevator, which comes in handy when your dog is too small for walking steps (like ours 😄). The beach is opposite to the spacious, perfectly equiped and luxurious penthouse. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view. The beach is very easy to reach because the walking bridge (again, without steps) is exactly in front of the building. The city centre is only a 5 minutes walk, via the beautiful boulevard or via the beach itself, your choice 😃. We already planned a second visit at Nico's place, also because Alicante surprised us as a beautiful and vibrant city.
