Fabulous accommodation, Maya met us there and its location is 2 min from the beach. Very well appointed property. Supermarket 10 min walk, tram to Alicante or Benidorm 20 min away. Just loved our 6 day stay.

Perfect localisation, wonderfull apartament 2 min away from beach. There is plenty of restaurants and big supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!

Fabulous apartment! Spacious, beautifully decorated, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fast internet, 2 minutes walking to the beach, 4 minutes to the tram stop from where you can reach the center of Alicante in about 20 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace with plenty of seating options and shade, working A/C, TV, comfortable beds, comfortable sofa. We loved everything.

“Amazing, absolutely amazing”
Great place to stay with the kids. Perfect location, extremely quite. Almost everything you need is in the apartament. Elevator, if you come with stroller, parking place (although really narrow), two bedrooms, big enough closets and coffee machine.

Nice welcome. Great apartment and good beds. Quiet neighborhood (February). Exactly as described on the site. Good beds, somewhat small bathrooms and a nice terrace. Wifi is ok. Located within walking distance of supermarket, beach and tram. Handy parking garage. The car can also be safely parked outside (February). You can be in the center of Alicante in 20 minutes. Recommended.

We couldn't have found a better place, the whole family really liked the apartment, which was sparkling clean and equipped with everything. A very nice lady, Maya, welcomed us and helped us with all our questions. We would love to come back another time!

Everything was perfect. Good location, near is some good restaurants, 3min walking distance little grocery shop (big one Consum is 10min walk), 5min walk beach and tram. Its very easy to go by tram to Alicante centre or visit nice Villajoyosa or Altea villages. In apartment you will find everything for living, very good equipped kitchen.

“Outstanding accommodation.”
Everything was just ideal. Facilities were great - washing machine was a huge plus; kitchen was well equipped: two bathrooms made a big difference; as did having two sets of keys. Location is excellent, three minutes from the beach and six from the tram to Alicante. Maya ('la encargada') was helpful, booking taxis etc. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening meals as well as getting lots of sun. And it was excellent value for money. All in all, a really great holiday apartment.

We have stayed here four or five times. Its great for us as its near the beach, huge supermarket within walking distance, Restaurants and bars are nearby. Its near a Tram station so Alicante City centre is only 30 mins away. This isn't Benidorm with endless bars and cafes etc and that helps to keep the area quiet. Maya, the lady who usually manages the apartment is an absolute treasure and a lovely person. Very highly recommend this apartment for a quiet location but easy to get to more lively places if you want that.

It had everything you need, it was really clean, it’s a 3 min walk to beach. Owner was really nice, offered us a late checkout (we had a late flight)
