Spacious clean flat, perfect for our girls trip. Lidl just down the road. Close to bus stop and tram. 20 mins walk into town. Nice quiet area apart from bin collection along the street very early in the morning. Enjoyed the balcony. Great communication from host. Clean bathroom and good shower. Kitchen very well equipped. Would be more than happy to recommend and stay again.

Really good location- close to the supermarket and bus station. A few mins walk from Archeologocal Museum, 15 mins from the castle. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is kept very clean by the owner.

The apartment is maintained in order by a woman who keeps the apartment in a perfectly clean condition. Good location relative to the city center!

Fantastic price for the size of the property. Spacious. Sun on the balcony in the afternoon. In the heart of living with locals and authentic coffee shops on the door step to enjoy a coffee surrounded by Spanish speaking locals. 10 min walk to the little square areas where you will find further coffee shops etc.

Great location in residential area. 10 minutes walk to shopping mall that included very large supermarket. A Lidl store nearby. Lots of space for me and my 18 and 20 year old sons. We each had our own bedroom. Large lounge and balcony. Large kitchen. Good shower. Many local small shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Maybe 20 - 25 minutes walk to central area, water front shops and restaurants. 20 - 25 minutes taxi ride from airport.

Do not stay here ! We arrived at 11.30pm to the location and were left standing outside the apartment for 45 mins waiting for the host to meet us and give us the keys . The host did not answer phone calls promptly leaving us wondering if she was going to turn up atall . The flat itself was freezing with only a few little heaters to keep it warm , although when these were plugged in the electricity cut off . Again the host did not answer the phone to help rectify this problem, luckily we were able to use the trip switches to get the electricity back on however could not plug in the heaters as the power would cut off again . The beds and mattresses were dirty and old , blankets very thin and with no heating this was one of the worst nights of my life. In the morning we checked into a hotel, couldn’t get in touch with the host to return keys or get our deposit back so we just checked into hotel thinking we would meet her in day of check out as previously arranged . On this day we reached the apartment at the agreed time and 20 mins later the host had not arrived and was not answering calls. When she fid answer the phone she asked us to meet her at a hospital as she said her child was in hospital. After explaining I did not know how to get there as I am not from Alicante she arranged a taxi for us . Once we arrived at the hospital we swapped the keys for the deposit and walked away as we were so upset about the experience we had. When we looked back the host did not enter the hospital as she had said she was going to , she crossed the road and went towards a car ! Leaving us wondering if she had a child in hospital atall ! This experience ruined our trip the lack of professionalism and curtsy was just awful . The location of the apartment is also 30 min walk away from the city centre or any restaurant or shop ! Do not book this apartment!
