Great central location, especially if you are there for party and restaurants. Nice comforrable app, has everything you need for a short stay. Easy and quick communication with the owner, very friendly and dedicated to make your stay nice. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach.

“It was a short stay, but we enjoyed every minute, and we are definitely coming back.”
The apartment was beautiful, and the location is top. We went from the airport to the city with the bus, and from the station to the apartment it was a 4-minute walk. Communication with the host was amazing, simple and to the point. Near the apartment are a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely recommend.

“Our Lovely Stay in Alicante”
The flat is very central, easy to walk anywhere and/ or take the bus to the airport or to the San Juan beach. The flat is bright, spacious and has a kitchen, washing machine, iron and is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Marta the host has been amazing, always present and responding very quickly.

“Spacious Apartment in the centre of Alicante”
Good location in the center of Alicante, very near the airport bus stop and the central market. Spacious apartment with washing machine and all that is required for cooking a home cooked meal.

“Beautiful comfortable city centre apartment”
Perfect location for exploring everything in Alicante and using tram to get along coast to other villages. Apartment itself was spacious, perfect for a family of five and warm (we were there in February and Spanish apartments can be cold in winter). Shower was great too, plenty of hot water. Apartment also had a balcony over looking street which was nice.

Apartment was fantastic, very good localisation, very good price compare to location and comfort. Owner was really kind and let us check in earlier. Apartment was very clean, kitchen was well equiped. We'll rent it once again if we will stay in Alicante.

The apartment has a top location, the center and the beach are literally two to five minutes away. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. The owner of the apartment is a unique woman. Score ten, we were extremely satisfied.

“A great pied a terre in Alicante”
We wanted an apartment so we could cater a bit for ourselves and also to be able to do some washing half way through our trip! The apartment is in a great shopping location, near to the lovely Alicante market and a short walk to the old town. It’s nicely furnished and comfortable for 2 people.

“The photos of the apartment looked good, but there were too many negatives which disappointed us.”
The meet and greet was friendly and on time. The location was excellent. It provided quick and easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, stores. and attractions. We benefitted from the centralised all-rooms air conditioning, as the weather was quite hot during our stay The lift though tiny was of benefit with the luggage. The kitchen had quite new equipment eg toaster, kettle and microwave.
